What network does this use? i can only get o2 and vodafone - not three or ee.

I try to use it in France and it hardly ever worked properly even when my mobile received a full signal. it does not seem to be set for a European market as most of the programs loaded are reserved for China! I very much regret the original expenses including the various monthly paid update never credited... AVOID!...
