Seraph of the End, Vol. 6

If you've read the first five volumes, you know what to expect from Seraph. Though this volume does have a TON of juicy, juicy Shinoa and Krul moments. Glad to see that Kagami knows what the best part of this series is.

Krul serves as our character of focus on the cover while Kimizuki and Kiseki-o serve as the focus of the included miniposter. This volume largely serves as a bridge to the next plot point as here, Kimizuki and Yu get a chance to level up their abilities while confronting their swords. I found it vastly interesting especially for the chance to see how the characters, now older, are get to confront their demons. It is a nice powerup for them. Lastly, outside of that, we get to see everyone just hang out and goof around for a bit before serious things happen. I enjoyed this volume and the break it provided in the large scale plot at hand. Things are picking up and picking up fast.

As always, the art and style of the manga was very pleasing. I like that this volume included more meat and bones of the lore and history than having more ..........blah pew bang fighting / zomg we can't contain it / you secretly love each other........, kinda chapters. Well worth it. :)

Learn a ton of back story and about each cursed gear. If you dont read this you are missing out on a great part of an even better series
