TDS 40 lb. Wide Handle Kettlebell

I was looking for a supplement for my workouts and discovered the kettlebell. This particular piece of strength building equipment is so versitile: you can swing it, you can lift it, you can hold it, you can lunge with it, you can squat with it. The most challenging exercise for me is the 'Turkish Get Up'. Apparantly, strong men in the Eastern bloc nations have been using kettlebells for over one hundred years. They really are superior to the barbell or the dumb bell, hand weights that we use. It does not take long to develop a sense of confidence while using them. Kettlebells are often sold in ascending weight sets, and are coupled with aerobic and related stretching exercise. If you want a treat, check out kettlebell training online on youtube. com. I have a thirty and forty pound set of kettlebells, and I use them every day. Of course, if you are trying to stay in shape, your biggest challenge is to push yourself away from the dinner table, and don't drink that cold beer from the fridge.

I bought this kettlebell to do kettlebell swings with. The wide handle makes that easier because you use both hands for the kettlebell swing. Overall, it is exactly what I was hoping for. The grip is good and the kettlebell is solidly made.It is a little smaller in size than I expected, but that just makes it less obtrusive and easier to store.I didn't have access to a kettlebell prior to buying this one, so I wasn't sure what weight to get. 40 lbs is pretty heavy for kettlebell swings. I can do about 20, but it really gets my heart racing (I'm 6'4", 180 pounds, ectomorphic). I would have been happy with a 35 pound kettlebell as well, but I have no regrets.

for years I complained about kettlebell handles being too narrow for the average male. I have average hand size but always found my hands cramped and uncomfortable. these are the best made kettlebells I have ever used. Plenty of hand space. Further, the wide handle does not interfere with any movements and does not rub against my legs. FANTASTIC PRODUCT

Awesome quality! Just like the ones at the gym. If you can try to be home when it arrives so you watch the delivery guy try to carry it to your door. That's worth the price alone. Btw- nice smooth handle allows the bell to move in your hand without raking up callouses.

Very high quality forged kettlebell. Exactly as pictured. Love the wide handle, it has a smaller circumference handle than most other kettlebells which is much better for small hands.

KB handle too thick in circumference and not wide in distance across the top of KB. Not comfortable and harder to get a safe grip. The advertised KB was black and looks like what I previously ordered and liked.Received "Silver KB" with bad handle.

Was looking for an inexpensive kettlebell. Other kettlebells were about twice the price of this one. Nice wide handle, easy grip.
