Q: Im confused i want the .014 " dia. 49 strand silver and when i click to order it i can see it changes to .018" diam.? i want the .o14." silver?

I did a test order & chose the .014. It was placed correctly in my cart. My advise is to read the fine print in the product description.

Mine says stainless steel and that is the color it is a metallic light gray stainless steel color.

Q: What is the difference between 48 strand, 24 strand, and 7 strand wire all .018 diameter??

The more strands, the more flexible the wire. The wire hangs nicer with beads on it and isn’t so brittle. I prefer the 49 strands. .018 is the thickness of the wire.

Q: I used wire cutters and scissors but it didn't make clean cuts. What could i use to cut this type of wire?

I use sharp wire cutters. Nail clippers have been suggested to me by native beaders.
