Quality Seasonings and Affordability
Excellent fresh quality and Affordable Price! Easy to cook with and texture is nice . Taste great in hamburgers, chicken, stews and soups really a lot of ways to use this in your everyday meals. Seal was intact upon delivery.This size is very good price! More affordable than name brands . I highly recommend.

Great Flavor and Perfect for So Many Dishes!
Minced garlic is minced garlic, but this one is really great quality! I used it in a batch of homemade chili, and it added the perfect boost of flavor. The pieces rehydrate nicely while cooking and blend right into the dish, giving you that savory onion taste without the hassle of chopping fresh garlic. It works wonderfully in chili, soups, casseroles, spice mixes, marinades — honestly, it’s one of those seasonings that’s good to have on hand for just about everything. It adds depth and aroma without overpowering the other flavors. If you cook at all, this minced garlic is definitely worth keeping in your pantry. Great taste, great texture, and an easy five stars from me!

I love these granules from Amazon, it's a must-have for your kitchen.
This is a great product and a good value for the price I purchased it, which was about $1.60. For some reason the price is gone up dramatically. I go through garlic like most people drink water, and it's a necessity in the house. Now comparing this to garlic powder, it's probably not as potent due to the fact it's granules instead of powder. However there are times when granules work better than powder, it's more of a visual than anything else. I wish the size was double or triple the size. The freshness was very good and it is definitely effective in any meal. For granules it is the perfect size. I love this stuff, it's a must-have in the kitchen. Just for giggles I'm posting a picture.

Vampires beware!!
Okay middling quality. There are some hard bits but this is generally fixed by cooking with some amount of moisture. Tastes like garlic. Pro tip: sprinkle some extra around the edge of your pizza to let burn while in cooking in the oven. Gather up the toasty fallen bits and sprinkle them on top when finished cooking.
