Important addition to binder regimen
It's so expensive I don't use daily but take these when my other binders or chlorella don't catch everything. At times this is the only product that calms my restless legs and allows me to sleep.

Can already tell a huge difference!
I've only been using this supplement for maybe 4-5 days but I definitely notice improvements in my sleep! I no longer have to take melatonin or sleeping aids. Will definitely buy again when I run out!!

Not sure if it works or not, expensive.

Poor quality control pertaining to packaging.
Bottle labeled 75 capsules, only contained 45 capsules upon opening. Not pleased for paying over $50.00 per bottle. Perhaps the quality of the product is as advertised, but I will purchase another brand going forward.

Assuming it’s okay; didn’t notice anything positive or negative. However, that’s how some supplements are. It may be having beneficial effects, but we just don’t notice them.
