Great quality gluten free flour - it mixes and bakes really well into bread

I've tried another brand of brown rice flour but it was gritty. This is very finely ground so can recommend.

Use this to make cakes and other non gluten food. It is good for thickening in your soup or stir fry vegetables. Quite versatile and good taste of brown rice.
