Installing smart curtain system was a fun project. The assembly video is professionally done and very helpful. I was very pleased with the overall product quality and impressed with how electric motors are super quite.I had few questions along the way. The support was superb. They went out of their way to answer my questions.The only small objection is that the WiFi USB stick has a blue light on all the time. I just put a black tape over it but wonder if there is a setting to turn it off.

I bought this curtain rod because my wife is paralyzed and wanted to be able to open and close the curtains. It works very very well. It's very quiet. Very smooth. The remotes that came with it work perfectly. One remote mounted on the wall with the included adhesive mounting strips. The other remote holder mounted to her organizer. Mama is happy! So I am also. LOL I would recommend this to anyone wanting to motorize their curtains. I will also buy more of these as time goes along.

The instructions are very complicated. There is one video that shows how to do it on their website but has no words in it. It is a cool concept but very difficult set up.

Written Directions were almost impossible to understand, but the company sent me video and then it was much easier. Had to go through it many times but finally got it working correctly...Tip... if you are using this to pull all your curtains in one direction... do not cut the green track.

This is great. I have it set up so it closes automatically every night. It is a little difficult to assemble but there are videos on YouTube which helped. Overall it is very quiet and works very well

Great product with horrible instructions. We had to watch some you tube videos to figure it out. They would be 5 stars with just better instructions. I would buy again now that I know how to assemble it.

Missing parts
