I was reluctant to purchase this after reading some of the reviews. It came within days, before my pool had a chance to get yucky. It was in pristine condition, and worked perfectly. Even the on/off pad worked better than my original. Saved the day, a $100 less than anywhere, and over$1000 from buying a whole new robot.Previous reviews also commented that these power supplies being not very sturdy, and I was definitely not careful with the original. I promise to treat this one with respect 😁I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 on easy to install, because I had to remove the power cord from my old unit - it doesn't come with a power cord. So don't throw out your old unit until you get this

I bought this as a replacement for our Dolphin S50. The old power supply wasn’t working any more. I contacted the company to make sure they could send me the correct replacement model number. I was a little concerned that it would not work since our cleaner was purchased in 2016.Once the new power supply came in, I plugged it in and our Dolphin turned on and went to work like it had been. So glad to see it working because I didn’t want to spend too much time cleaning our pool from the small debris.

Our Dolphin cleaner is 15 years old and the power supply finally gave out. Expensive for a power supply, but if it lasts half as long as the original, well worth the price. Very happy with the brand!!

Works great good price too

Easy to unplug the power cord from the broken power supply and attach to the new. In a matter of minutes my cleaner was in the pool doing it's great job!

The media could not be loaded.  When my vacuum stopped working in my pool, I thought I was gonna have to spend a ton of money to replace it. Turns out I could just buy this little part and it’s working perfectly again! It was easy to install. I just made sure I kept all my cords!

If you drop this product even once, say good bye to it. The inside has broken twice on use which my husband was able to fix the first time but not the second which is why we purchased a replacement.

Took a chance and bought it to replace the unit for Dolphin 2000 cleaner. Happy to find it works well at about 1/3 price of original supply.
