I usually don’t write reviews but I wanted to write a review that would hopefully help people. Yes this sauna is excellent quality and pretty easy to assemble. I use it to reduce my high blood pressure. I can’t seem to get away from salt because it seems like everyone and every place puts a lot it in food. It seems the healthier you go the saltier the food gets. This sauna gives me the ability to sweat out the days salt in less than an hour. I recommend doing cardio to raise your body temp then jump in this sauna with lots of water to sweat out salt. At my highest my blood pressure was at 171, near heart attack level. Now with less alcohol, not eating out as much, cardio and this sauna I have reduced it down to 127. It has not been that low since my 20s. I have had it for a week and seen my numbers drop significantly. Hopefully one day I like to be off my blood pressure meds all together, which is my end game. I feel this is a natural way to reduce blood pressure in a society where doctors main concern seem to be prescribing medicine instead of recommending things like this, a natural solution. To me $1000 is well worth adding years to my life. Hope this was helpful for my fellow people with high blood pressure. If you don’t have high bp, it’s still a nice thing to have. I just wanted to give a different perspective on this and hopefully save some lives.

Received my sauna today in three well packaged boxes. Got everything unpacked and all the parts were there. Nothing damaged and off to a great start. The quality and craftsmanship is quite impressive. The glass door is very nice and the audio system is a nice feature. Some reviews described problems with the build instructions, but I did not experience any issues. If you are not mechanically inclined get some assistance and you will have no problems. Everything fit and buckled together perfectly. Wiped it down inside. Fired it up for an hour per the instructions. Now I'm sitting in here at 130 degrees roasting nicely. I'm 6'3" 210 pounds and I fit quite comfortably. Definitely worth the money in my opinion.

I look at this sauna in this way, there are surely more expensive saunas that might be of higher quality. I can't even begin to afford those more expensive saunas. Because of that, I view this sauna as the only way i can afford a good sauna, therefore i compare this sauna to not being able have a sauna otherwise. I have had it now about a month and I use it about 4 or 5 times a week and I have found no flaws in it, it's been working perfectly.I would like to address something I see people asking about in saunas and that is how long it takes to get up to temperature. I think that is misunderstanding FAR infrared. I get in it a few minutes after I turn it on and take advantage of the infrared heaters. The point is to have infrared heating your body more so than the temperature inside the cabinet. If you wait until it reaches temperature the infrared heaters turn off until the temperature goes back down a little.Of note about how it is shipped. Of course it's too big to be dropped at your doorstep by USPS. The shipping weight is nearly 300 pounds and comes attached to a standard 4 way wood pallet. It comes in a full size semi truck that can't get in some residential areas (including mine) and by trucks that normally deliver to commercial customers with a loading dock. I met the truck at a nearby location and slid it into the back of my pickup. Keep this in mind when you order it.Assembly was relatively easy and I thought their method was clever. I assembled it myself, although I'm a big guy, assembling the first two wall pieces got pretty awkward. It might be a good idea to have help when assembling it.

I've had the unit for about a month and I love it. I use it almost every day. I tend to see an energy / mood uplift after use. Appearance wise, I do think my skin tones improved, it looks brighter and clearer. I actually noticed the most drastic improvement in my skin appearance after the first use. The unit takes about 15-20 minutes to warm up, and then it takes about 20 minutes for me to work up a good sweat. I do sweat more in this than a traditional sauna, and its a different type of sweat. The highest temperature this goes to is 140 deg Fahrenheit / 60 deg Celsius. I was surprised by this at first, but it does the job quite well.The assembly is quite easy. I was hoping to get it done without help, I'm a short female without much arm strength, and the front door proved too heavy for me to lift alone. Other than that, assembly is an intuitive and straight forward process. The instructions came on a single sheet of paper and was mildly helpful, but because the unit is so well designed, almost anyone could put it together after a little bit of thinking.Finally, the unit at arrival was packaged in three separate pellets. Everything was super well packaged. Since it was mostly wood, plus one sheet of tempered glass that was very break proof, everything was securely packaged.

We got the sauna in time and we also ordered the assembly through Amazon (which turned out more expensive than what we thought ). It looks nice and compact, we tried it already 4-5 times. The problems is for me and my husband that it is not hot enough: even after spending 40-45 min in the sauna with 140F (Max) temperature setting neither of us breaks a sweat. Its just warm, not hot. I ordered the foot warmer too, will see if it will be warmer with it. I called customer support and complained, they sent us a tape to put in the sims, to isolate it better, but i don't think this is a problem. I measured the air temperature in the sauna and after 40 min it gets to 100F, while on the floor max temp. is 89F. JNH customer service said that the sauna heats the body, not the air but the problem is that the body doesn't get hot either...
