Some models also feature an advanced TPE frame formulation that performs exceptionally well in environments where chemical mist, cutting oils and high moisture are present. The wraparound 9-base uni-lens offers excellent side coverage and peripheral vision, and the adjustable temple length & lens inclination makes for a truly customized fit. Unique comfort features include a soft elastomer browguard to diffuse impacts, and soft, flexible nose fingers that reduce slippage and conform to almost any nasal profile. A ventilation channel between the frame and lens vents the eye socket area to deliver an outstanding level of moisture and fog control. Genesis safety eyewear also boasts an easy and economical lens replacement system to extend the life of your glasses. Uvex Genesis Safety Glasses are available with multiple lens tints to suit almost any work environment. Uvex stands for "Ultra Violet Excluded", which means our safety glasses employ specifically formulated resins that filter 99.9% of the UV radiation in accordance to the U6 scale of the Z87 standard. Uvex has also developed Spectrum Control Technology (SCT), which incorporates unique dyes designed to absorb select wavelengths of radiant energy (light). Our anti-glare glasses, tinted safety glasses and safety sunglasses are designed to manipulate light to reduce a spectral hazard, or to provide distinctive filtration for specific safety eyewear viewing tasks. Examples include filtering solar radiation to reduce glare, and blocking radiation from welding to protect workers around these operations. Multiple anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings are also available. The new HydroShield technology provides our best anti-fog lens coating, keeping your vision clear up to 90X longer than most other competitive anti-fog safety glasses. The Uvextreme anti-fog coating offers great, dual-action performance under demanding hot and humid conditions for long lasting fog-free performance. Our Ultra-Dura hardcoat makes for some of the toughest scratch-resistant safety glasses in the world. Permanently bonded to the lens, it offers unparalleled scratch and chemical resistance. The dual anti-fog/anti-scratch Dura-Streme coating combines the benefits of our industry-leading Uvextreme anti-fog coating and our Ultra-Dura anti-scratch hardcoat. While the advanced anti-fog properties of Uvextreme help keep the interior of the lens clear from fogging, the rugged properties of Ultra-Dura protect the exterior of the lens from scuffs and scratches, adding up to three times more life to lenses. Best safety glasses you can buy
There's no question that these are the best available safety glasses, period. Besides proper protection, the most important part of any safety glasses is that they're comfortable, so you wear them the entire time you're in the shop (or whatever). These are lightweight and perfectly comfortable; I don't even notice them when I'm wearing them. I've also never had them fog up even under some pretty bad conditions, which leads back to the whole "you can always wear them" point. This is my third pair, as I replace them as soon as they take any damage, and so should you. It feels wasteful to toss a pair of safety glasses that just have a mark on them, but once they've taken damage, you can no longer know if their safety has been compromised (and why else would you wear them?). I took a piece of a fractured cutoff wheel to the face with the last ones, and just got a small divot on the lenses, and given the damage to the rest of my face, I'm pretty sure it would have taken out my eye.

Good for the most part, not fog resistant in the slightest
I work in healthcare and tried these glasses as my old ones were constantly fogged up when I wear a surgical mask. I saw all the reviews saying these didn't fog up and had high hopes. Not only do these fog up when I wear a surgical mask, they fog up when I don't. They're a bit heavier than safety glasses I've had in the past but I didn't mind that part. They're a bit more scratch resistant than other styles I've found but still give way easily to fingernails. Overall I'm pretty dissapointed and my search continues for some REAL anti fog glasses.

Anti fog works with face masks
I work in a hospital that is requiring safety goggles. The anti fog coating works really well with my mask. I have noticed minimal fogging. The arms do seem to bother me by the end of a 12 hour shift but that could be a mix of the mask and the glasses resting in the same place. Overall, I have recommended these to several co-workers.

Great pair of safety glasses but annoying to carry when not wearing
I've been using these for a couple weeks now and overall they do what they're meant to do pretty well. They don't fog and I haven't scratched them yet. However there's one issue I have with the glasses and it's that they're designed in a way that I can't push them up on my head or put them on top of my hat when I'm not using them, which I'm pretty used to doing with any glasses. If I do the sides aren't long enough to have a firm hold on my head and they fall off. This has forced me to carry around a glasses case I hang on my belt. I guess it's not that big of an issue because they do what they're meant to do and you could tie a string through the little holes if that's your type of style.

they were ok. Light and covered eyes.
Part of one shift, I had them in my pocket, with nothing else in it. And side scratched up pretty good. Not very great anti scratch coating on it.

If you go to the range, these work great.
These are holding up well and fit nicely. Best of all I can see. They don't fog up.

These glasses work fine but the X2 version is superior for roughly the same price.
