Update/ 11/13/2025 Still working like a Timex watch! No loss of abilities at all. Update:(2/29/2024) It’s been over 3.5 years of continual nightly use. Everything on the frame works as well and performs as quietly as it did on day one. A solid investment! This adjustable bed frame has been a blessing over the last month! I had purchased a memory foam (Puffy regular) mattress about a year ago. A medical diagnosis for severe digestive issues (GERD) resulted in a recommendation for an adjustable frame. Being someone who does lots of research before making the plunge, articles and reviews led me to the Blissful Sleep frame. I opted to NOT purchase the deluxe night light/massage option (reviews/logic convinced me that the massage would get lost in the transfer through a 12” gel mattress). I have been thrilled with the E3 frame. It was easy to set up although it took three Golden Girls to buggylug it into the bedroom and turn it over as it weighs 119 lbs. (Would have made a great TV sitcom episode!) Put the legs on, verify cords are properly plugged in, turn it over, sync the remote to the power box, heave the mattress back on and voila! Good to go. The German made mechanism is very quiet, you can adjust the head/foot height with the remote (don’t forget to sync it with the bed motor first or it won’t work. An easy “wait for the blue light to turn solid” step using the remote) and my existing mattress works like a charm! I’ve slept like a babe with no reflux and the added benefit of no aches/pains, especially once I discovered what the “zero gravity” position looks like.(Some beds offer an auto zero gravity or memory of your favored position; this bed does not but I do not find the extra 10 seconds to do it using the remote a big deal.) I also find that the power box offered enough illumination from its “on light” to provide me with a night light. I am very pleased with the prompt delivery (came 5 days early) and quality overall of this product. I will come back again to give a followup over time. (11/19/21)

I bought this primarily to see if it would help with my acid reflux by being more upright when I sleep. So far, it doesn't seem to have helped, but that doesn't mean it wouldn't help someone else with a different degree of reflux problems. In the meantime, I've found the bed allows me to find a wonderfully comfortable position so that I may once again sleep on my back with decent support and no back pain. This also helps keeps my sinuses clear when I sleep. So I'm absolutely thrilled with the frame despite continuing acid reflux problems. It was VERY easy to assemble, there's not a lot to do beyond unfolding it, attaching the feet and plugging it in. I actually had hoped it would arrive in sections so that I could easily get it upstairs by myself, but it arrives in one piece, just folded up. So you have to carry it upstairs all at once. With some creative thinking and a little daring, I managed to get it upstairs by myself anyway, but I would discourage anyone else from doing the same. It SHOULD be a two-person job to avoid risk of injury. One small piece, a plastic stopper, broke off during transit and I need to see about replacing it. However, I can't see that the stopper serves any useful purpose for how I adjust the bed, so I'm still using the bed in the meantime. I was surprised to see it allows for operating in a power outage with a battery pack, but disappointed to see that the batteries should NOT be installed while there is power to avoid damaging the motors. This makes the feature nearly useless as you have to be out of the bed, unplug the power, and then insert the batteries to adjust the bed during a power outage. Since the only time I can imagine anyone being in a rush to adjust the bed before the power comes back is if you are IN the bed and wish to lower it so you can get OUT of the bed, I see very little point of the backup battery pack. On the other hand, the takeaway here is that it operates on DC power, so you could realistically use your OWN battery source to power the bed and then keep that source charged. (Though I would suggest making sure there is sufficient protection against power surges or low charge to avoid damaging the motors.) Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase, especially the price, and wish I had bought it a long time ago.

Just de-boxed this yesterday. Loving it so far. It’s definitely heavy duty, but was very easy to assemble. It’s nice and quiet and makes are new bed extremely comfortable. Excellent price as well for a King size.

Not too long ago my legs started swelling really bad and I started having congestive heart failure. My legs literally started swelling three times the size they hurt drastically nightly. So I had been looking for another justable bed but they were all so expensive and there was no way I would thought I could afford one I seen this on Amazon I was surprised. I seen some good reviews some bad reviews. But desperate to have a bed that I could put my legs up and after looking at all the different ones I decided to try this one. I've had it for several months now and so far it has worked wonderfully. It's not noisy in fact it scares my dog a little bit because the bed suddenly starts moving when I push the button and she doesn't like the bottom of the bed moving up. I was a little worried about buying it because it said only 45% and that didn't seem like much on the bottom lights going up but it turns out it's perfect. When I get up in the morning my legs feel refreshed and the swelling is down. It has made it so I can walk better and longer then I have since the swelling has started. It would work great if you have a bed frame that you want to set it down inside of or just out on its own the only thing I would say I would like better is if it had the bar on the top also holding the mattress in although with it being a justable that might not actually be the best thing the more I think about it. This one doesn't have a bunch of fancy things there's no place to plug in your phone or anything like that but it it just nicely so far it has gone up and down smoothly I seen some that said got it jerked up and down mine has not done that so I'm giving it a four not because I have had anything major wrong with it but because I think that bar would probably help I bet or some kind of non-slip on each side of the platform so that the mattress itself doesn't move to the left or right on a frame but otherwise I really like this and happy I got it. It is now a year-and-a-half I am still very pleased with this bed It still works wonderfully . So even after year and a half I would recommend this bed

I've had a horrible history of buying mattresses that were never really comfortable for me. I suffer from chronic low back pain, leg pain and neck pain resulting from an auto accident more than 19 years ago. The mattresses I've bought were either OK for my lower back and legs but not OK for my neck and shoulders, or vice versa. A deviation of 1" from a straight horizontal position on the upper part of the bed relative to the middle or a 1" deviation on the middle part of the bed relative to the upper part was enough to cause me pain somewhere. I decided that the only solution was to get an adjustable bed frame and use it to provide more support to my upper body without affecting the support to my lower body. When the bed arrived, I was going to seek help from my neighbor to open the package and install the bed. Unfortunately, he was not at home so I decided to do it myself. I live in a one-story home so the hardest part was moving it from the front entrance to the house into the bedroom which was about 12 feet away. The box was too heavy and bulky to move, so I cut the four long corners of the box that allowed me to completely open the box and slide the bed frame out of it. The frame was wrapped in heavy plastic which is what allowed me to place it on top of an old bed sheet that I laid on the laminate floor to protect it from scratches as I dragged the wrapped bed frame across the floor to the bedroom. As long as I kept it upright, I was OK. Otherwise, the weight of it may have caused it to topple over. The bed was way too heavy to lift and carry by myself, but dragging it along the laminate floor on the bed sheet was manageable. Slow, but manageable, nevertheless. Prior to dragging the adjustable bed into the bedroom, I disassembled the left side board from the head board and foot board of my wooden bed frame so that I could slide the adjustable bed into the middle of the bed frame and then attach the side board back in place. This made it a lot easier than trying to lift it over the 13" high bed frame and place it in the middle of it. The bed is folded in half and opening it up was easy. I just had to keep it on its edge while attaching the legs so it didn't fall over. When the legs were attached, I tried flipping the bed over onto it legs but realized that I didn't assemble the legs with enough spacers to clear the top of the bed frame. So, I flipped the bed back on its edge to add another set of spacers to the legs and flipped it back over. Oops! Still not tall enough! This time I put all of the spacers together for each leg and now the adjustable bed was the correct height for my bed frame. I was glad that I didn't have to do this again - except I would have to do it again when I discovered that the top half of the bed had been damaged during shipping. Returning the bed for a replacement was fast and easy. A FedEx truck came to pick up the old bed on the day after I requested it and leave the new one. Of course, having to disassemble my bed frame again, flip the bed over and remove the legs, put it back in the plastic wrap and the box that I had cut up and tape the corners back together wasn't so easy. But, I did it and this time I used the legs from the previous bed rather than assembling new ones, flipped it over and put my mattress back on top. The remote control was easy to use and the bed functioned perfectly and smoothly in response to it. I like the one-touch button to return the bed to its original flat position. Some wished that it had a memory function to remember the settings used to raise the head and foot sections. For me, I didn't need it since raising them was done more out of sensing when they were adjusted to be the right height for me - which wasn't exactly the same from night to night. Some nights, I only needed to raise the head section slightly while on other nights, I also raised the foot section as well to relieve the numbness I felt in my feet. One last benefit to having an adjustable bed: changing the sheets is a breeze, especially if you're using fitted sheets. Rather than straining to stretch the sheet from the bottom corner to the top corner, I simply raise the head section a few inches bringing the top corner closer to the bottom corner so that there's plenty of slack in the sheet to comfortably place each end over its respective corner of the mattress. One push of the FLAT BUTTON flattened the mattress and stretched out the sheet placed over it. Easy-peasy. I got a small bookcase for my bedroom to place a TV on top of it so that I could watch it from my bed at night with the head section elevated. The only issue I had in doing this was falling asleep before the movie ended :-) I've finally been able to get 4-6 hours of restful sleep and wake up without pain for the first time in several years. I highly recommend that you buy this adjustable bed, too, if you suffer from any of the ailments I have or had any of the problems I've found with standard mattresses.

10/10 Easy to assemble, quiet, fit nice on top of my existing frame. Adjusts exactly where I want it and is great quality. Only issue I had was having to re-pair the remote to the device, but those instructions were included in the manual.

I looked at so many adjustable bases over a months time, and I finally decided it was time to pick one and order. I took a chance on this one, even though the 1 or 2 others in this price range had USB ports and massage feature. First off, it's very easy to wire your own USB slot, which will be better quality anyway (with fast charging, etc). This base seems to be of higher quality than others in the price range. It came sealed, and the only thing I had to do was screw in the highly-height customizable steel legs into the frame. Plug into wall, insert batteries into remote and that's it!! The motors are so quiet, I don't even hear them when raising and lowering the bed. This is a heavy duty frame, not cheap steel being used. The frame goes up and down at a nice speed. Not too slow and not too fast. The wireless remote seems well made too. Solid 5 stars for the quality of this frame. I learned my lesson five years ago when I spent $1700 on a Stearns and Foster mattress, thinking that it was high quality, and that mattress was one of those things in life where higher always meant better (mostly). I didn't buy an "off brand" adjustable base, thinking they were cheaply made. Well, 3 weeks ago, I replaced that $1700 mattress for a $300.00 Amazon mattress and this Queen size base for $459.99. Together, under $800 total, I have the most comfortable bed I've ever had. Even if it only lasts 5 years, that's all I got out of the "name brand." Both mattress and this base arrived at my front door. I think the mattress business is going to see a dramatic shift in the coming years, because these generic brands are as good, and often better. Give it a shot, you'll be happy you did.

We purchased the twin-xl for my husband who has a heart condition and was having hip and back pain also. He needed a basic bed without some of the extra features such as massage. Since he has a pacemaker he cannot use the massage, so this is perfect. The remote is easy to use, very basic, and the bed is sooooo quiet when it is adjusting that it's unbelievable. He has had relief from his pain and the elevated head helps with his breathing. It was very easy to assemble. [We are 2 active seniors, but some seniors may need extra help.] We think this is a very good value, especially if you don't need the extras, and if you do this company can help you there as well. So far this seems to be a high quality product He loves it!! As a side note, their customer service was very helpful and friendly. I called because my tracking was showing the bed was not leaving their warehouse several days after it should have. Actually , it was ready and waiting but not being picked up by FedEx because of their volume limits for shipping during the Corona virus. So it wasn't the company's fault, and their rep told me to call him back if the tracking didn't show movement in a few days, he'd check into it further. Like I said, helpful and friendly....

Purchased this adjustable bed (queen) as the price was right and reviews were promising. Was skeptical to purchase this on line vs. a reputable store (Sleep Country/Brick oo other). I live in Canada. My parents have two in there home theybeach sleep in. The first one purchase abiut 8 months ago for my father (80's) and who sleeps better elevated in his chest as he uses a CPAP machine and for his swollen legs due to age, circulation and having bypass surgery years ago. He enjoys it. Has better sleep, comfortable getting in and out of bed. Legs are adjustable for height. Purchase a second for my mother (80's) about a month ago who had spinal and knee surgery within the last 12 months. Witj this bed, we no longer needed a side rail or step stool which she use to use prior with her old bed. The bed itself fit comfortable in her existing bed frame. We just needed to remove slat and a small ledge the slat sat on. The hight again adjustable as well (she's under 5 feet). So far no complaints from either of them. She has said making the bed is easier as well, being able to bring the bed up vs bending over. Highly recommend. The only issue is delivery which was lengthy about a month the second purchase.

Very easy to assemble. Seem to be build well and great value for your money. Easy to use so far love them. I often have to sleep sitting up due to back issues and this is a game changer for comfort and sleep quality.

I ordered this after major surgery and it has been a lifesaver. Delivery was rocky, and there was an issue, but the seller was incredibly responsive and helpful when I reached out—great customer service! The bed itself is exactly what I needed. It was very easy to set up—my partner had it assembled in about 10 minutes with no issues. The controls are simple and intuitive, much easier than another adjustable bed my mom owns that cost 3–4x as much. This one is smoother, quieter, and doesn’t overwhelm with unnecessary buttons. Only regret is not getting this sooner. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something supportive, affordable, and easy to use.

The Positives: The functionality of the base works well so far. I like the one click zero gravity and flat buttons. The memory buttons are also a nice feature. The frame is solid, it's well thought out and very easy to set up and comes with elements to syncronize two twin XL's and secure the bases together so they don't separate. The Cons: We ordered and received our two twin XL e3 adjustable bases about a week ago and realized when setting them up, that the base isn't made up of solid pieces. It's a few metal bars for the frame with fabric stretched over the top with a padded side to make it appear thicker. I was a little disappointed when I saw that as I suspect it won't support our new mattresses properly over time and will likely cause them to sag. Our previous adjustable base (queen) was made up of solid pieces that rested on the metal frame. We thought we found a good deal online, but I guess you get what you pay for. This might not be all bad for some people, as this made the bases lighter and easier to transport to our bedroom for setup.
