RHL-2010 Remote Headset Lifter for Zum DECT Headset, Black

I bought this lifter so that no mater where I was in the office I cold answer my phone. It is as easy as pushing the button on my headset and the lifter lifts the head set. To hanf up just pust the headset button again. The install isa simple plug in and stickthe lifter on your phone where it works best (depends onpostion of phone). If I can install it anyone can and I mean anyone. If you are on the phone all day you need this, go to the website for your head set and find the lifter that is compatable with your headset because they have different plug in styles, you will not regret this 50 bucks, I bought it myself to use at work. I am actually going to get this set up for home, the BEST******

This handset lifter is very well built and easy to install. Combined with the Spracht wireless headset will allow you to be free to roam the home office, office, warehouse, etc.

Great invention

Haven't had an issue with this product after I finally got installed and working. When I tried to install it on the phone I wanted it on, it didn't pick up the ringing tone with either the built-in or additional mic. I had greater success on another phone but the way this receiver was designed the lifter couldn't lift and hold it in the proper place. I finally figured out that if I turned the ringtone volume down on the other phone it would pick up the ringing tone but only with the built-in mic which makes it harder to install. But I was finally able to do it by adjusting the height that the lifter would lift (slider on the top side). The instructions don't seem very helpful so you have to your own experimentation to get it to work.

It works perfectly well, however they changed the design from the previous model and made it twice as thick, so it would no longer fit under the handset of our RCA phones. We had to replace the handset with one that had a pronounced arch and add a thick rubber stopper on top of the hang up switch in order for this lifter to work. Hopefully this new design will last longer than the previous model (which lasted only 15 months before the motor went).
