The item in question (on left in photo) has a different key on the filter neck and will not fit (replacing Samsung DA29-00003G)

Absolutely thrilled and relieved to finally find a filter that works in my Samsung Fridge with out having to take a razor knife and/or Dremel tool to it. If you are one of the throng of Samsung fridge owners who discovered that Samsung changed their filter design without bothering to make sure the replacement filters could actually be installed, here is the solution. I have been cringing every time the "change filter" light came on because I had to modify the "correct" (ha ha) filter to install it and I was always afraid of a leak or blowout. I had filters that cracked probably due to having to torque too hard to install them. If you are tired of having to trim off tabs to make your expensive refrigerator's filtering system work, buy this one. Very thankful for Icepure restoring simplicity to a what should be a simple maintenance task.

Made great tasting water from my refrigerator

I am so appreciative to have found this replacement for Refrigerator Water Filter for my Samsung side by side refrigerator freezer. Great product, easy to install, fit perfectly. Best of all is drinking water with no lingering taste, just pure delicious cold water from fridge door. This isn't our first time using a ICEPURE filter in our frige. Last few times all went well and the price is much better than any store around. Only time will tell but we're expecting the same results as in the past.

Not bad sofar

I have tried several other non-Samsung refrigerator filters and found them difficult/tight to install. This one seemed to actually fit perfectly and was so easy to install. Will purchase again when needed. Thank You!
