If you don't smell first, it doesnt really have much of a flavor. Today I didn't notice it, but my first time I thought it had almost a mild/lemony taste, like they tried to add a slight flavoring. But it might have been my mind playing tricks on me because I didn't notice it at all today. I hope to receive some benefits from using this on the daily. If nothing else, its a refreshing drink for me and hopefully it will just give me a boost, it will also force me to drink more water in the AM, so thats a plus.
