The media could not be loaded.  These are very comfortable and have really good quality. The battery pack is small enough that it doesn’t interfere with anything or stick into your leg. The heat is pretty instant once you turn it on; however, I wish it was a little more intense and a little bigger. This could possibly make it bulgy or uncomfortable. Overall a great product.

I bought these socks for my Ironworker son. He is out in the brutal cold all day - up to 10 hours. He was severely disappointed that these electric socks could not keep his feet warm. He said that his toes were freezing and the tops of his feet were lukewarm. The heating element is only on the top of the foot. Big disappointment - especially when you factor in the cost of these socks. Was expecting so much more. I will be returning these socks.

They work great! I would recommend wearing a thinner pair of socks beneath as they r not really washable.

Heating elements are ONLY on top of the instep so my toes continue to get cold even in 40 degree weather. They get painfully cold as the temp nears freezing. It’s hard to verify where the socks are heating because its so subtle but an instant read cooking thermometer touching the socks on my feet, with charged batteries on high, made it clear why my toes didn’t feel any warmer with these socks.Returned these for refund and just received a pair from another Amazon vendor for a few dollars more that DOES heat the toe region, and the bottom of the forefoot. The different style works much better for my needs, even on lower settings = longer battery life.If it’s the top if your foot that gets cold you may be satisfied with the Vasion socks but I took two stars off for the misleading statements on the web listing. Turns out that the sketch showing heat emanating only from the top of the sock is how they actually work.

These socks work great! I plan on using these socks regularly with the colder temperatures coming up and they keep my feet warm and cozy. I don't find them too thick and they feel pretty comfortable. I also like how there's different temperature settings depending on how hot you want your feet to get.

What more can I say. The socks were comfortable. But there was nothing about the heating part that worked - at all. If you want to pay $50 for nothing but a pair of socks, go for it. They were packaged up for return the day after I got them. I might try a different brand. But "once bitten, twice shy". And I'm not going to pay $150-$200 for the higher end - especially when I don't know how well they'll work.

I've used these once and they worked well. I had them on the lowest setting and my feet did not get cold after several hours sitting in the cold. The only downside is the battery life is not great- it's about what they say it is. Since you can't wash these I suggest you wear a pair underneath these that you CAN wash. Overall, I'm satisfied for the money.
