It's calming but not that minty
The smell is decent and calm, however it is not that minty as expected(It's my problem XD).

It's soothing
I don't know if it actually really gets rid of headaches, but it's nice for when your sinuses are clogged. It's not a super strong scent- it's minty, but not obnoxious. It feels cool when you roll it on your temples. I'm not much of an "essential oil" person in general, but this is nice in combination with other relief methods. I have somewhat sensitive skin, and this doesn't irritate it.

Gave a little comfort
In our experience this essential oil stick did give a little comfort and cooling, and felt really good to rub on the forehead, but did not give relief of the headache.

Amazing!
