This harness helps bouncy and pulling dogs learn to walk nicely, and gives the walkers a break from being pulled. I have the same harness in different sizes for my own very big strong enthusiastic dog, and a small but insanely strong for the size foster dog. These harnesses are excellent (especially if you use the front ring), at helping you control excitable and pulling pups. They are great to teach them to heel as well.A really cool feature is that they have padded bits under the armpits too, so they are taught by gentle comfortable pressure in a safe place. Comfy, and no danger of harming their throats like a normal collar or any other thing that goes round their neck. Harnesses are great, and this particular harness is excellent.

Absolutely brilliant. Using the Halti head collar and harness I have managed to get my 1 1/2 year old 6 1/2 stone American Bull Dog to heal. I only weigh 8 stone so it’s was imperative . So after using both the head collar and harness for just a week he was healing like a gentleman. I I then moved him on to using just the harness and he healed like an absolute gentleman. It’s a really easy use and comfortable for the dog. I always carry the head coller and if he pulls or there is a situation where I think he may pull I slip it on. Afterwards I remove and use the harness again. I have plesant walks now that don’t involve being dragged around like a rag doll thanks to Halti . Due to his strength I will always have to use a harness and the Halti one is comfortable and durable so I reckon it will last a good few years at least . Very happy 😃 I highly recommend this product. I didn’t use the training lead as it was to long for me but it’s very good quality and I’m sure for someone else it would be very good.

I bought this at my wits end with my 22kg dog pulling me and really hurting my wrists. He was also choking himself with his collar. I expected him to object to his first harness but he didn't. From the first walk it's much easier to manage him with this and a double lead. When he pulls it lifts his front legs up a bit, he can't drag me along I'm in much more control. It seems comfortable and I'm always hand washing it with mud and it's lasting well. My only criticism is the metal part that tightens on his back to attach the lead to is very stiff and difficult to tighten with my arthritis, and when running comes loose and starts flopping over his back, but overall I wouldn't be without this now.

Effective and good value

Although this is the eighth one I have bought in the last 5 years that’s the hounds fault not Halti - it’s a great product and looks comfortable.

Unfortunately my Cocker Spaniel was still able to pull like a train with this. I believe i have tried near enough every lead on the marker to try and control my beloved dogs need to pull me flying all over the place. May work fore some dogs just not mine. looks sturdy and well made.

The best thing we have ever bought to sort out our 35kg golden retriever that pulls like crazy! This really does this trick!
