Q: Is the built in lock TSA compatible?

This case does not have a built-in lock. You are able to add your own lock through the loops.

Q: “Is the depth of 11.7 inches consistent from end to end, or are there portions of the case that aren't as deep because of the wheels or the handle?”

The 11.7" depth isn't consistent from end to end due to indentions necessary to accommodate handle and wheels.

Q: Has anyone found a lid organizer for this model

I don’t see how the 1615 fit, it’s about an inch too big all around, I bought one and returned it based on this response.

Q: What is the maximum weight this can this hold?

I put over 100lbs into the case and it handled it fine.
