I truly owe a BIG appreciation to this product—honestly, I didn’t expect anything like this. Over the past year, I’ve been dealing with intense stress from both my business and home life. Long hours, constant pressure, and barely any time to rest completely threw my body off balance. My hormones went out of control, my cortisol levels were extremely high, and eventually, I developed alopecia. Not mild hair loss—serious, noticeable shedding that was honestly scary. I tried different solutions, including Hairtamin, which worked for many people—but unfortunately, I didn’t see any results. It was frustrating and discouraging. The old ashwagandha that I was taking was discontinued and I was sad about it. I went on a search for a new supplement. I liked that this ashwagandha was organic, non-GMO, and vegan. Also, the concentration advertised is potent, so I thought this would be great for sure. I have officially been taking this for one month and these are my thoughts: - The pills are small and are fairly easy to swallow. They do not come in a capsule, so the pill feels dry in your mouth and it does not taste great either. - With my old ashwagandha, I would feel a definite sense of calm and relaxation wash over me. I would have laser focus. I'd take it before the gym and I would have tunnel-vision because I was so focused on my workouts. It didn't matter if the gym was packed (which is usually annoying) because I was only paying attention to myself and what I had to do. I was chasing this feeling again, but these ashwagandha pills do not have the same effect for me. I have noticed that I do feel pretty calm in terms of every day mood, but I'm still able to get easily irritable, specially at the gym. -In terms of sleep, I have been falling asleep quicker that usual, but I am also taking a magnesium supplement at night, which is also supposed to help with sleep. So this combinations appears to be working just fine and helps me fall asleep faster than ever before. -I like that the bottle comes with 60 servings at a fair price. I hate swallowing pills, so I appreciate that one pill = one serving. I'll continue to take this until the bottle is done, but I'm not too sure if I'll be repurchasing - I'll decide once I continue to take this for another month. So far, I'm noticing I feel pretty calm, but my irritability is still present (which is the main reason I started taking ashwagandha, so if it's not working in this department, then is it really worth it for me to continue taking it?). I'm conflicted about this product but will continue to track how I feel for the next month.

Es un adaptógeno, ayuda a reducir el estrés, la ansiedad y la fatiga y a descansar mejor. Tiene también otros efectos beneficiosos documentados (ayuda a controlar la glucemia, aumenta la producción de testosterona, es neuroprotector, etc). No parece tener efectos secundarios importantes si se toma en dosis normales y durante una temporada, únicamente molestias gastrointestinales en personas sensibles. Si tomamos alguna medicación también tenemos que tener en cuenta posibles interacciones. El Ashwagandha puede bajar la glucemia, si tenemos diabetes y estamos tomando medicación para ello tendríamos que tenerlo en cuenta. Esta marca no es barata, pero está muy reconocida. Está fabricado en la India bajo unos altos estándares de calidad. No son cápsulas, son tabletas pequeñitas (ver foto) que se tragan con facilidad y solo hay que tomar una porque incluyen tanto la raíz en polvo, como su extracto, por lo que son más potentes que los suplementos que solo llevan raíz en polvo. Después de dos semanas tomándolo he notado mejora en el sueño y menos ansiedad. Estoy contento con la compra.
