Highly recommend 5☆
I'm used to working with the micromist by Vicks as I am continually congested. The bottle is small and can be held easily in the palm, you can place a finger on either side of the nosel and find it easy to press. It gives a precise amount and can be directed to the congested area and a menthol effect opens the airway and reduces inflammation immediately. It leaves the other hand ready with a hanky, so good stuff. I would highly recommend this.
