I am all about running from my past and trying to forget it all. But then, year after year, it all turns into built up resentment, trauma, and negative thoughts that just never seem to go away. This journal is helping me to face it, relive it, talk about it, accept it, and move on from it if that makes sense. I find myself feeling embarrassed answering the questions, but then I realize that I am not talking about anything to anybody, instead I am just writing it down. Nobody can judge me. I suggest giving it a try and seeing if it is for you.

Amazing so far!!
So far I love this journal, every few pages a quote comes along before the journaling part and it makes me feel more at ease about what I'm writing next which I love. There's a lot of questions which I never thought about confronting but I'm glad they're asking so I can let it all out on paper. For me it's hard to fill a lot out in one day so I limit myself to only a few pages a day so I recommend doing what makes you the most comfortable while Journaling! Sending everyone healing vibes along your journey

Perfect guided journal, but needs thicker pages.
I like this journal because it has a great balance between prompts, quotes, and blank pages. I wanted something that was guided, but still allowed me some freedom to write or draw, so this is perfect. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is that I wish the pages were thicker. My gel pens and mildliners bleed through.

Healing
I purchased this book because I had a lot I wanted to work through in my mind. This book helped me to get everything on paper and make me feel better. The questions may seem simple, but they really allow me to branch out and say whats on my mind without my OCD yelling at me for getting of topic. Thank you for the healing. I pull this book out whenever I need some time to myself and mind.

I like it but I think it could be more in depth rather than just writing exercises

This is amazing.
I went back-and-forth about this journal and I wasn’t sure because I’m already in therapy and taking meds but I went ahead and bought it anyway and the prompts and the positive affirmations that are in this journal really helping me deeply focus on the trauma. I highly recommend this journal to anyone who is suffering from this it does help at least for me. It does stay strong you are loved.
