These are very tasty. They do leave a little zinc aftertaste, but it actually lessens the more I take it. Usually zinc makes me nauseated. These did not. I will continue to order them.

Good flavor and quality. Store in a dry place, they will soak in moisture after a couple weeks of the seal being broken.

I bought this after reading a study where an increase in boy's BMI was linked to increased zinc intake. My 2 1/2 year old son has always been 1% on the charts (genetics play into that, we're a small stature family of mixed Eurasian descent) and while he has never veered into "skinny baby" territory I felt that it wouldn't hurt to have a little more meat on his bones. I gave him one tablet a day for about 6 months, then decreased it to a quarter. No major changes until recently, when he suddenly gained 5 lbs in one month (month 8 of zinc supplementation). He just looks like a solid, sturdy little boy now. I can't say for sure it was the zinc, but he has never had a major weight gain like this before; we're very pleased.

Taste good enough for my kids to take them when they're starting to get sick.

So many zinc pills are hard to swallow and zinc is so important to take just as soon as you start to feel any type of cold or cough. This is also great because it is a chewable, tastes good, so I also give it to my kids as soon as they complain of any thing or I hear a cough from them. I also like that it has the extra vitamin C and B6 in it. I will take more than one if I need a higher dose but the kids can just take one since the dose is perfect for them (before I used to have to split a zinc pill for them to swallow so they wouldn't get too much). I live by zinc in the winter, it has kept me healthy when everyone around me gets sick!

I have had great results in my feeling of overall health and energy.I have always had trouble with Zinc supplements being hard on my stomach. I have found takinG 1/2 of one of these chewable tablets have been really well tolerated and significantly helped in my overall health and energy.I highly recommend this product but suggest using a 1/2 tablet with food daily for best results with my stomach and diet.This product also suppliements your Magnesium needs which is important for cell growith in every organ in your body adding to a healthy diet. Magnsium is great for preventing muscle cramps.

Ordered two bottles, and gave one to my husband's sick brother. Zinc is a wonderful mineral during this covid epidemic. It's great that it also comes with vitamins C and B6. Had my husband take three a night with lots of fluid after he sustained a cold during our volunteer work at the voting polls. He recovered within four days. Great product... just tastes a little chalky compared to other zinc tablets I've taken.
