Exceptional shampoo for aging hair. Gives hair volume and bounce. Have been using for over 5 years. Delivery was delayed (tariff situation) however this product was worth the wait. I recommend this shampoo and conditioner to all. Hard to find in stores

this is my hair product for 20+years
i have been using this product for about 20+ years. used to buy it from Sally's until covid hit. it was their top seller and now they no longer carry any of their products!!! now its only on amazon. WHATEVER, i buy it on amazon and now the cost is DOUBLE!!! 🤬 i love this and the conditioner and the hair mask by this same brand. love their hair color brand too

formula has been watered down
I have used this shampoo for maybe 10 years. I have recommended it to many people. The last bottle I purchased was so watery and thin I could not believe the difference. I returned it thinking it was a bad batch and it was replaced with the same thin, watery product. I decided to go ahead and use it but my hair has gone from hydrated, soft, and very clean feeling to dry, tangled, sad looking hair. My scalp is not clean and I just will not use it anymore. So sad to say goodbye to a once great shampoo. My letter to the merchant went unanswered and because I tried to use it anyway, I am past the return date. Looking for another shampoo.
