Perfect Fit, but see update
Arrived fast, fit perfectly, good price, and it got my machine up and running again! **Update** After using just two sanding discs, the pad no longer holds the paper. My original lasted six years, so I purchased an original equipment pad, which has a much larger hook and loop style, and it holds the discs the Amazon pad can’t. The Amazon pad got me out of a jam, but it’s worth the few bucks to get the better quality original. It makes a big difference.

Perfect fit and replacement for the OEM one that disintegrated on my old Ridgid Oscillating sander. Definitely would purchase again. Seems to be well made and will hopefully last as long or longer than the original one did.
