Read the whole book there are some mispellings and some commands given just aren't correct especially "wlan0mon" which should be wlan0. Also you are going to have to buy $25 worth of hardware and don't cheap out on them because the cheaper stuff actually doesn't work at all. There's a point in the book where it shows you how to infect every device using the internet with a Keylogger and the cheaper hardware just doesn't do it and instead accidentally stops the internet from functioning everywhere.

If you're an inspiring pen tester I would purchase this book. Very instructional.

I learned a lot.....good book for a beginner. I highly recommend this book. This book will get you off to a good start.

-Glen has a fantastic way of writing that makes his books easy to read and digest immediately.-In this book, he assumes no prerequisite knowledge, but rather he takes his time walking his readers through introductory concepts and installation guides, all the way through to descriptive flowcharts of attacks and to actual commands for the attacks using the highlighted tools.-By the end of the book, I had walked through multiple scans, sniffs and attacks, through his multiple hands-on demonstrations with a wide variety of tools. Highly recommended!

I love this book because it is excellent for beginners. It's a great book for penetration testing and has a step by step guide when setting up Kali. The pictures made it very easy for me to set up Kali. Everything was explained exceptionally well which made it easy to understand.

Arrivato dopo un giorno. Precisi e veloci come sempre. Mi aspettavo di più dal libro, invece si presenta per principianti spiegando in maniera superficiale le varie tematiche. A mio avviso un libro che consiglio per chi vuole cominciare ad affacciarsi sul mondo Linux e i tool della sua distro kali. comunque sia ben fatto e ben strutturato con molte immagini chiare e concise.

versione in ITALIANO no...??? comunque ottimo do tre stelle solo per la scomodità di tradurre alcuni passaggi non completamente chiari
