Soak the labels in 70/30 alcohol for a minute. Peel off as much paper as you can slowly. Re-soak and wait a minute. Then remove the remainder with a soft blue scrubber sponge that's on its way to the trash. Better for storing bulk soups/stews than the 5 cup and about the same price.

Love these containers, been using them for years! never disappointed. great size for my soups. easy to clean, is how I do this you ask, place a papertowel in it with a squirt of dish soap, close the lid and shake. i do this when i put soups in them and freeze. i have many i stack in the cabinet and in freezer. great in microwave too.

They work well, no problem and they store nicely without taking up a lot of room because they stack together.

The food storage containers are great and rate a 5 star review. However, the adhesive they used to attach the labels to the outside of these containers must be some sort of super glue as it is almost impossible to remove the labels on the outside of these containers. This is why I am giving this a 4 star review.

These containers are perfect for individual lunch salads. They hold the perfect amount, and you can use put the small 2 oz. size in the corner for your dressing. It seals so tightly and keeps your veggies fresh until you eat them. They are microwave safe, but, if you get the food inside too hot, the inside will eventually be marred. If you warm up tomato-based foods, the container will take on a red cast. While it doesn't hurt its performance, it doesn't look as good once you do that. I love that the lids stack together neatly in my cabinet, which makes it easy to keep the cabinets organized. I have lots of sizes of these, and they are worth every penny. `

These work great! They seal completely. There is a vent which allows hot air and steam to escape and then can be tightly closed. They do not stain, even from tomato sauce. After many years of using a different brand, I am now sold on Rubbermaid.
