This is a great electrolyte for people who have any type of issues with sugar or artificial sweeteners. There is no taste, just a slight salty addition to your water and it works well to keep you hydrated when working out.

Disgusting. Recommended amount is 1.5 tsp in 8 oz of water. I put 1 tsp in my 30 ounce water bottle and couldn’t drink it. I tried it mixed into juice thinking it would hide the flavor, and it was still gross. Waste of money because I threw it away.

Excellent! There is certainly a slight flavor of mineral/salt but it is good quality I believe. I don’t like the taste and sugar content of other electrolyte drinks so this is perfect for me. It also has 64 servings so it is cost effective too. Other reviews mention white residue at the bottom of the bottle, yes there is but that is the minerals and expected. Just shake it up.

I’ve been using this product for 2 years. I don’t miss a day! It provides a noticeable difference in my hydration.

I’ve tried about 3 other electrolytes in the past, all powders to mix in water. They’ve been incredibly salty and the effects have been just okay. I’ve also tried Potassium & magnesium supplements but didn’t feel a difference. I’m a seasoned faster and by 36hrs I tend to lose my ‘get up & go’. I’m not lethargic but I lose motivation to do much. I tend to only go as far as 48hrs because I need to get things done. My last 72hr fast was pretty much lying on the sofa on the last day. So I’m currently at 44hrs as I write this and feel perfectly normal. I’ve been sipping this in water for the last 24hrs. Equivalent to 2 tsps. It’s also a fine taste as it simply tastes like slightly metallic & ever so slightly saltier water. I dilute it a fair bit. I was going to end my fast this morning but have decided to continue towards the stem cell creation phase of 72hrs if I continue feeling this good. So I’m super happy & will know definitively after I see how far I can go, and possibly on a second fast in the future. But so far very positive.

I was recommended this by a nutritionist. It's just cut down to the necessary minerals that we lose when sweating, so it's considered a cleaner product that other effervescent electrolyte tablets. It does have a salty taste though, which my daughter struggles with, but expected as sodium is one thing we need to replace after a heavy workout. I thought it was an expensive product though, more so than the normal tablets.

If you need to supplement with electrolytes this is great as it is pretty tasteless and lasts for ages
