We recently underwent a major kitchen do-over. I opted out for upper cabinets and used shelves instead. These brackets are extremely sturdy. I trust them with my dishes and glassware, also a few antiques. They compliment the color of the kitchen walls and also the misty harbor gray of the cabinets. The ones I bought will take a 2x10 shelf. If I used a board that was 6-8 feet long, I would definitely use 3 brackets instead of 2. In my opinion they are certainly worth the money and I do recommend them.

These are sturdy, strong and attractive mounting brackets! These brackets can hold a desktop computer (or computer printer) -- on a lower shelf of a 'sit-stand' desk. These brackets will maintain their shape. They won't bend easily (...while supporting a load of 25-50 lbs).

I was going to go with pipe shelving because I like the iron and wood look. But when I saw these. I knew they would be perfect for the look I was going for. I like the fact the they anchor from the top instead of other brackets which show at the bottom. These are better because I am short and didn’t want to place the shelves too high above my backsplash. I didn’t want to have to drill through the tile. So these were a perfect choice. Great quality too!

These brackets are just what I was looking for! A great price for a heavy duty bracket in our laundry room. They needed to be strong as they will have detergent etc. On them and I believe these will be perfect. We feel finished off with 12x1 oak stained with minwax ‘Espresso’.

I used these brackets to install a heavy native cedar shelf. I ordered two sets because I was concerned that the brackets would not be strong enough to hold the shelf. After seeing the brackets, I ended up only installing two brackets into the wall studs and was pleased to find that they easily supported the weight without flexing. Unfortunately, the hardware provided was inadequate, and I had to purchase longer, heavier-dutyscrews to mount them.

Perfect for an ad-hoc shelf creation. Sturdy beyond normal needs with the wall attachment choices being the only thing you need to worry about. Properly screwedd in they can hold a lot of weight. Decent value and quality for the money.

I am very pleased with this purchase! These shelf brackets are well-made and attractive....and easy to install. We used them with 12" boards (actual width is a little less; brackets are a perfect fit) to create "shelves" for our cat on our screened porch, so that he can climb and lounge at different levels.
