A total piece of junk arrived broken
Arrived broken and metal supports don't fit into the wooden predrilled holes. The nylon strings are permanently twisted. A true piece of junk. Do not buy this

All tangled up and poles do not fit into holes. extremely flimsy. Disappointed! Need refund.
Product was tangle and did not fit together. It came with 3 screws in the bag!Terrible. I will talk with customer service for a refund.

Hard to put together
Be prepared to do a little work to get this thing together, and to be stable. It took quite a lot of hammering and I was afraid I was gonna break it. But now that it's done, I LOVE it; watching from start to stop.

Tangled suspension strings of pendulum
The the strings on which the balls of the pendulum were suspended are horribly tangled! I cannot use the device because the balls cannot swing separately since this is a knotted mess of strings!Not at all pleased with this purchase which I had been eagerly anticipating!🧐

The first one arrived with all the strings tangled to the point we couldn’t untangle them. The two replacements arrived in the same condition
