I knew I needed stronger magnification, and these "cheaters" fit my needs perfectly. After my annual visit to the optometrist, I learned what the magnification should be. Then I had to decide...buy custom-made frames and lenses there at the office, or look for something more reasonable. I found the exact magnification that appears on my prescription, and ended up with five pair at a fraction of what I would have paid at the eye doctor's office. Yes, these have a very slight "cheap" feel to them, but the lenses are perfect and the fit is very comfortable. They look good, and nobody is going to be able to tell that they are "cheaters" unless they pick them up for inspection. With five pair in the box, I leave them all over the house, and they are always handy. The tinted pair is a nice bonus for reading outside on a nice day. Also, each pair comes with an individual cloth bag for storage. Excellent buy.

amazing for the price. for semi-disposable stuff like this, I tend to buy inexpensive stuff first, and step up when needed. these are basically just like any normal reading glasses. I've bought other readers that are around the same price, but with different looks/styles, and they are so "cheap" in comparison, I can hardly believe these exist at this price point. no wonder they're so highly rated with so many reviews. I'm curious about the metal framed ones next time I have to move up in reader strength, but those cost significantly more. for the basic plastic, I'm thinking this is the best value you can get

For the price you pay for this set of reading glasses, you can't really lose. The quality is basically plastic, but quality enough that it's worth the price. The frames are sturdy enough to take normal use and should last. The lenses are plastic and you can tell compared to glass lenses. Still they work well, but I doubt they will take a hit without scratching. Still, with this multi-pack it's still a good value to replace once one gets to the point you would not be able to use them. The design is neutral, so you can wear them on any occasion. I would recommend.
