LloydPans Lid for 8x10 Detroit Style Pan

These Lloyd pan lids fit perfectly. Although a little pricey it beats having cellophane your pizza or bread dough when multple proofing is required. All in all I feel they are worth the investment.

I purchased the lid that fit the pan at the recommendation of someone who had previously purchased the pan and lid. I was making focaccia and the lid made it easier for the dough to spread and rise in the pan. I took the recommendation to purchase the lid and I am happy with that decision.

Good lids, useful for stacking, same as available on the Lloyd pans direct site, but pricey for what is essentially stamped aluminum.

The lid was bent and scratched up all over. I ordered a replacement. And that also came scratched and bent but not as bad.

Solid, legit Detroit style pan. It took me a few months before I could summon the courage to make a Detroit style pizza, but finally did it, and this pan nailed it. Solid, well built pan. Perfect for Detroit pizza.

No more having to deal with using a towel or plastic wrap. Those lids make it easy to let your dough rise in the pan and you can stack them of you are short on space.
