It's an acquired taste
I'm not loving it, though my tastes have always run to the sour / savory side. From what I read, it's probably really good for you, but I think the trick is to treat it as food -- not medicine. If you're going to try to down 8 oz / day, you can get the same benefit from four separate servings of 2 oz each. I mixed 1 part beet/apple/ginger to 2 parts OJ, and it wasn't bad. I've certainly enjoyed other Knudsen juice products, and I trust the brand. I was lucky to be able to find this bottle at my local grocer for a couple of dollars less.A note to the knice people at Knudsen, if they read this. Though I use a lot of ginger in my own cooking, cinnamon on beets tastes much better than ginger (or added to ginger) and, of course, on apples too.
