I purchase the radio for my OBS Ford . It looks awesome and the radio quality is better than I expected at this price point. The touch works and is very responsive. It's a great value for the price. The installation was easy.

I like the product. I had to go to an expert on installation of stereos to install it on my car. Aside from that, I had to order some other parts to attach the stereo to my car. So you will have to pay for this product, the installation pieces, and having to pay the person who is actually doing the installation. It took about 5 hours to install, but I'm very happy with the finished product. The volume is great. The only thing that was wrong was that the control the box sent never worked with the stereo. I bought new batteries from Autozone, but the control still didn't work. I thought the control would work since it's new. That was a major upset from the whole experience with it. Everything else is very good from the stereo. The camera it included is good as well. Overall, it's a good product.

Not worth it. Unit came with horrific instructions. No real instructions on how to hook up rear view camera. Bluetooth function blinks out like it is losing connection. No option to change time format to 12 hr instead of 24 hr. Phone mirror function does not work with iPhone. Edit: The seller did contact me to try to correct some of the issues. Was given information on how to install the backup camera. Was also given the very most basic instruction on how to use product. Still lacking the most basic thing such as how to store in fm channels, and how to actually use mirror link. A subsequent email exchange with them stated that the mirror link only works with an almost antiquated IPhone 8 or below or some older versions of an android phone. The seller was more worried if I got the back up camera working than addressing the issues of the Bluetooth not working properly or sending comprehensive instructions to use the unit. At this point I have written off the cost to purchase this pile of trash and will be purchasing a new unit from a more well know brand that has better customer service and more quality products. Edit 2: After conversing with customer service, they have offered a full refund of the purchase price. They have also included in the product description now the requirements for the mirror link, so that others will be sure if the phones they are using will actually work with this product.

I got this for my son after his car was broken into and got the radio stolen I has an issue with the first one and it was quickly resolved and the replacement works great Very easy to use and easy to hook up

Honest review. Not saying it's an amazing radio but it's pretty cool. Not all the features work or at least I never figured them out. Also on the rare occasions the car dies it goes into a different language. However I perched this in 2021 I've had it until 2026 and the screen is having issues I have to smack it to get it to come up. Now this isn't a long time but for the price I will be getting it again. It's in my daily beater car and has been through a lot so I feel like it held up well for what it was. Hope this helps someone

The touch screen sensors went out on this in about two months of being installed. The car is was installed in is rarely driven, so the unit was used all of TWO times before the touch screen became unresponsive. Can’t return it at this point or get any kind of product support. I would recommend spending a little more and just getting a name brand unit instead of this cheaply made product.

It's cheap it works it has a screen that is touch but if I go to settings while my Bluetooth is on and playing music it will stop my music 🥺 and I can't get my phone to do one of the function on it so at this point I'm a bit disappointed with it but I need to hook up the cam and see how that goes but not impressed with it should have stuck with my first choice So I finally hooked cam up it looks good picture is clear but once again if your listing to music it will cut off when you put it in reverse your music or whatever your listing to shouldn’t be interrupted for you backing up or you wanting to adjust something in the settings and thought would find a function for it but if you don’t have the screen out there is no clock on the display nor if you turn the volume up it won’t display only best when screen out but you can display your phone screen on it if your ok with any of these issues then this is the deck for you enjoy and don’t mind the face that there will be days where you will have to turn your car off one two or three times and forget the device in your Bluetooth settings and repair it just for you to be able to connect to it again I hope the manufacturer is reading this still since they touched base with me but weren’t happy with my response to them and are fixing these issues
