What is the lowest dc voltage that a single fan will operate at while understanding nominal to be 12 vdc?

What size wire gauge is needed for the fan install?

The fan wires and plug that come installed on the fan are normal PC fan plug and wires. I believe 18 gauge, very small, never feel warm. It's a pretty powerful fan so be careful while running, it drew a little blood and snapped instantly while adjusting it.

What is the amp draw per fan?
