Gets the job done! So simple, just set the correct input voltage (clear easy label), plugged into standard outlet, plugged my UK appliance (toastie maker) into device, and turned on. Soon we had all the delicious toasties could want! Just make sure you get one with enough wattage for what you want to power.I was a little hesitant because I don't know anything about electricity and was leery of starting a house fire just so we could have some sandwiches but couldn't have been easier and it works great.

1st one was sent with no padding and ripped through the box..was dented as well..amazon sent a replacement and same issue without the dent. 6 months later it is still working

Does what it says on the tin, and please make sure you read other reviews and the instructions. if you want to step up from 110v or 120v to 220 or 240, you must move the switch at the back of the unit to the other position.Definitely would recommend and buy again

The box was broken then taped together, the device was dented in the same area. It still works fine for now. I'll use it on a regular basis, so we'll see.

It’s a very nice quality transformer, been using it for a couple months now and no issues so far. I bought it to use it with my Indian Mixi and quite happy with this purchase.

1-What is the purpose of the second output for 110 V when I am using the 110 V input.There is no point to have two different output voltage when your input is either 110 or 220 . One output is always USELESS.2- If you plug your 220 v device to 110v output by mistake you can damage your device or burn any power fuse in the system.To manufacturer:It was useful if both outputs switch from 110 to 220 when you flip the selector at the back.
