I have been using this product for about 2 months and absolutely notice a difference in my knee and joint pain. Unlike some of the other brands, this is a very easy to swallow, small pill that you only need to take 1 per day of. It has absolutely made a difference in how my knees especially are feeling. I've noticed that the joint pain in my knees, hands and shoulders are significantly improved and I'm able to move more freely and pain-free without sticking. I had my doubts but, they really do work! I started having knee pain. After sitting for a period of time or trying to walk distances I would have that dull ache in the knees, especially the right one. That's what happens when you get to be over 60 years old. I was considering a knee brace and had actually ordered one to see if it would ease the pain. A friend recommended I try a product like this for joint support. Ordered these and after 3 or 4 days of taking just one pill each morning... no more knee pain, which was a pleasant surprise! As long as I take a pill each day, no pain. If I forget to take for just one day, I get reminded why I am taking them... pain for the next 2 days!

I like the small size of the once a day pill - it’s easy to swallow. I have used these for a few months and still no amazing pain relief effects. The cost here at Amazon was comparable to other stores. The delivery was on time and the Move Free Collagen with Boron box arrived only slightly dented. The dented box package did not affect the bottle.

Usually calcium supplements come in gigantic, horse pill size that must be broken or crushed or, gosh! swallowed whole with a gallon of liquid! But the Move Free tablets - which are the only one that contain BORON that I know of - are so easy to swallow. And, as per our bone tests, they seem to help get the calcium to my body just where it's needed. Take as prescribed on the bottle. I truely recommend them.

Since I hit my 50's, my lower back and knees have been an ongoing problem. After doing some research and talking with my doctor, I decided to start taking this product about 7 months ago. I CAN feel the difference. I move around better at work, walk more comfortably, and have less pain using stairs. It isn't a miracle drug and I have no plans on climbing mountains, nor running marathons anytime in my future. But, I can now walk my dog, do some yardwork, enjoy shopping, and spend time with the kids. I know that eventually I will still need surgery for a new knee. But, for now I know this item has helped me have a less painful existence and a better quality of life.

I've been taking these for a few years now and have tried other cheaper similar products but always come back to these. My knees started popping every time I went up and especially down stairs, loud enough that people next to me could hear. I also started having issues every 6 months or so with accidentally twisting my knee and then having to wear a brace for a week for it to heal. So along with stopping my self from always sitting with my legs tucked up under me I started taking this supplement. After a month I noticed the popping was barely noticeable. I tried generic and my knees would start to pop loudly again. I do not know why generic does not work for me but I've tried twice and both times the same thing happened after taking them for a few weeks. What is also great is the small pill size - very easy to swallow, I take several supplements and wish they were all this small. I use to be able to get these at a Big Box store but they stopped carrying them - Amazon to the rescue. Love the large pill count size of this bottle too!

I have definitely noticed an improvement in my joints after using these Move Free joint health tablets, particularly first thing in the morning when I get out of bed. I am 54 years old and about 280 pounds so my joints have taken a beating over the years particularly my hips. Before using these tablets it would take me a few minutes to loosen up my joints when first out of bed but after about a week of using these tablets most of that has gone away. I am on my second order of these tablets but I noticed the first bottle I ordered were the larger two tablets a day (instead of these small one tablet versions). Not noticed a difference between the tablets but these are much easier to swallow.
