Works as intended and is extremely simple to put on and take off. This also gives you that peace of mind if you're paranoid of thieves (It will deter most). Be sure to lock the steering wheel before putting the lock on. Highly recommended

my older vehicles are a lot easier to steal. what better way to deter theft than to remove the steering wheel and place a lockable cap over the quick-release? This is a great product for peace of mind.

I used it on my 2k16 Polaris Slingshot (which is an open cabin vehicle). Works as described - offers peace of mind when parking for prolonged period of time. Color matches perfectly with the NRG quick release system it corresponds with.

I have a can am x3 with an assault industries wheel. This worked great and was a third the price.They are all pretty much universal shaft size

Had no issues so far . With the alarm and this wheel hub lock. I’m giving the stupid thief a run for his money .

This does a good job of making things less prone to vice-grip action. This fits over the quick release hub (the hub that the quick release attaches to is a diameter that a pair of vice grips could more easily grip). It also gives a visual deterrent, and another step to get past. It is possible to steer the vehicle when the column lock is disengaged, but this is a theft "deterrent". Yes, this isn't the "Ultimate" anti-theft device, but it does help. Its very solid, and the smooth finish makes it harder to grab a hold of if you were to try and drive with it. I think of security in layers, this is just one more thing a potential thief will have to overcome (adding on precious seconds or even minuets, for detection) to drive my vehicle away.At about $90 you may think this is a lot of money for a few seconds/minuets, however; If you also have an alarm and a kill switch, that extra added time and frustration will help to aid in slowing down or stopping a theft. And if this device helps slow or stop the theft completely, that money is worth 10 fold vs dealing with the insurance company on a total loss!
