I was in need to replace the spinning side brush and the red beater brush. Once I made this purchase figuring I'd end up replacing all the other parts, our Roborock S4 (Hazel), started acting up. We heard her say "Error 5" about every 5 minutes or so. Finally, I searched the Internet for comments from other folks and found that the red brush is often not made to standard. To my eyes, it looks like the original, but Hazel knew the difference. Bought the original and Hazel works like a charm!

After going through a few S5 replacement part clones & experiencing brush errors, I tried this one because the brush had removable ends. This showed the company was not just trying to clone Roborock OEM parts, but to do better. They did. No brush errors & the removable ends makes cleaning the brush easier.This kit is been replaced with what I guess is an updated kit with different sweeping brushes. If the company is looking to continue innovating the Roborock parts, engineer a brush design which is less prone to hair tangles.

The filters FIT the Roborock S5 Max, but the Roborock S5 Max does NOT recognize them. Error 10 every time. The filters are worthless. How do I get a refund?

Replacement brush installed and now the vacuum won't work. Says error 5. Replaced with original and now it works again. Defective part

Every time I install a new filter in the dust bin the machines says Error 9 install the dust bin and filter. After contact with the seller this problem was resolved. The S5 Max requires a different filter and this problem was resolved by the seller.
