I never write reviews, but I feel compelled because I know people are looking for a product that WORKS! I have this bottle on a monthly shipment to my home... I receive it every month it part of my cleaning supplies.. but here’s the kicker I don’t have pets 🤦‍♀️ I have BOYS!! I have 3 sons.. between the 5 year old still having bed time accidents and their aiming skills I’m was at a loss for the smell... though not as strong as a pet smell it’s still urine... the way I use it ... I will spray the sheet and wash it ... I clean the bathroom as usual and then spray this on the back of the toilet floor and around the floor after I mop and just walk out and leave the orange sent doing it’s job to kill any left over orders.. of course my 5 year old has fallen asleep on the couch a time or two and woke up with a wet night... NO WORRIES... I spray this and set the cushions in the sun and wash the fabric around the cousins in the washer and put them back together and it’s like it never happened... I know it’s some very expensive products out there but this one is highly affordable and works like a charm!!! I have no pee smell in any room of my home and I used to before I added this product to my cleaning regime... it knocks out the urine Oder... it has a stain remover in it so it’s perfect for steam cleaning also!!! U won’t be disappointed with this buy... and if this product has bad reviews it’s because sometimes u can use a light product to kill bugs and sometimes u need an exterminator... meaning some peoples issue maybe bigger than others... if you need the ghost busters this won’t work, but if your a regular person trying to just keep a tidy home from little animal of kid messes or even just SMELLS because lord knows some kids just bring the smells lol this is a perfect product for spraying after ur clean and just let it set on hard and fabric surfaces just to kill the smell ... u can even use it in the car ... kills orders and removes stains! I been a prime member well over 10 years and this is my first review! Hope It truly helps make your decision in buying!

Had a series of stains from kitty vomit and this product cleared up both the carpet stains and the odor as well. Cleans and deodorizes.

It works okay. The smell is nice but faids quickly. Its kind of pricey only because it does the same thing as the cheaper products I've used and gotten the same okay results.

Came to repurchase but the price has doubled since my last purchase about 2 months ago. I won't be purchasing again until the price comes down. I had no problems with a faulty sprayer or leaky bottle. This worked wonderfully on recent pet (cat vomit) stains on my area rugs. I was actually impressed with the foaming reaction it had on the soiled spots. I over sprayed and found other accident spots that I didn't realize were there since they were clear. The scent is light orange, not strong at all. It fades as it dries. I also used this on vinyl flooring and a litter grabber mat around the litter box. It did what I need it for. I can not say if it works on old stains or if it removes the scent enough to stop a cat from repeat marking but it definitely made clean up much easier on new spots.

I purchased two total of these and the spray tops always leaked and the handle squirter swung around too easily in circles always getting all over my hands and dripping everywhere, until I actually refilled one of the bottles with peroxide and a few drops of orange oil because I ran out and still needed some right away for my corner patio outside where neighbors dogs and feral cats urinated all over it and didn't have time to order another bottle; once it was filled and I was replacing the top, it CLICKED and LOCKED loudly when I was screwing it on. After that, it did NOT leak again when sprayed. Also, the spray handle did NOT swing around anymore but I also could not get it off ever again and had to toss the bottle when it was empty. I do not like the tops of these bottles AT ALL, tops do not go on well. I also got hurt with a bleeding finger trying to get the top off using a tool, but it was never going to budge again! I think they might be manufactured that way so you can't refill it once it's locked on there forcing customers to buy new bottles? Either that or I'm a dummy who cannot work a screw top. Either way, the product smells good with a light orange scent but didn't last long, and I feel is quite overpriced for the small amount you get. It worked good enough even though it leaked like crazy until that second bottle I bought and tried to refill locked on and became unremoveable, but no longer leaked all over my hands and ground at least. For what it's worth, it's a good enough product. Deterred animal urine outside but needs to be reapplied often.

This orange scent works and we can tolerate it better than the other scents this brand offers. I buy it on Amazon because the stores only carry the other awful scents.

This is the only product I use now for cleaning pet urine from carpets. It works incredibly well, completely removes odors, and doesn’t leave any stains or residue behind. The scent is fresh and pleasant without being overpowering. I highly recommend it to any pet owner looking for a reliable cleaner.

Works almost instantly on pet stains, we have light colored carpet and this is the only product we care to use

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and several rescues over the years who were prone to marking due to being fixed late in life. I have used a variety of products and none have produced as good of results as this has. Dogs don't return to their same spot as they did before and the smell isn't gross and chemically like other products.

I have a brand new puppy at home and carpets everywhere. My puppy is very small being a morkie so his piddles are very small. But the Out works wonderfully. There is no stain left at all. And no lingering urine smell!!!!! I am not crazy about the orange smell but it does disappear It even removed a few older stains from my previous dog

I did a lot of research to determine what product to buy to get rid of those pesky pet stains and odour. This is the product that came out on top. I found that it does remove the stain quite impressively. Unfortunately, I did not find it removed the odour as much. Yes, it does reduce the odour but, my sensitive nose could still smell the lingering scent. Others I asked indicated they could not smell it, however. I will try another product next time but may end up returning to this one as it does do a great job with stain removal. Feel free to ask questions. This stuff is great! I’ve used it on accident spots from my puppy, smelly dog beds and even sprayed it on my mop pad for extra cleaning. The smell isn’t gross like similar products as it truly works on stains and odours

The product cleans up urine very well and leaves a pleasant scent, however, this is not an enzyme urine remover. You may think it smells great and is cleaning all traces of urine, however, your dog will smell right through this and continue to pee in those areas. I will not buy again. Too bad, because my favourite part is the scent.
