This product is extremely poorly made and popped off as soon as the slightest amount of weight was added. The directions even say that you do need to pull over when the bikes become loose, suggesting that it happens often. The rack arrived dirty and scratched, and had clearly been returned previously by another consumer. It also arrived too late for us to use it on our trip, but that doesn't matter now since it doesn't work anyway. I do not recommend this bike rack, and I hope nobody else has to go through the process of trying it and returning it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. To begin with, the "instructions" gave absolutely no help for getting the straps on properly, much less mounting to the car or the bike. We found an online video, the predominant feature of which was a car with the rack mounted, driving in circles. We finally got the straps sorted out, got the rack on the car (spoiler alert, the aluminum clips bend, but not in a good way), and tried to mount the bike. Again, zero clarity or guidance. The bike frame sustained a deep gash (brand new bike) and after 20 minutes of driving we had to pull off and adjust/remount the bike after it had come lose from the mount. Honestly, don't bother. We've thrown ours away.

Fit perfectly! The first few times I need to read the directions to put it on. Now very easy to install and use. The product is heavy and you may need help to install. I love bike rack! This rack and bikes didn't move at all over the 4 hour ride. It has made bicycling trips way more convenient!

I used it maximum 4 times and it hurt one of the knobs.What can I do if the return time has already passed?

It's not a good quality, am sorry that I paid more than 100 dollars on this bike carriers, and you can put 3 bikes on it.

Doesn't fit well on Nissan. One of the straps came off
