It is very easy to use and I like that the readout is far in front so you can easily still see it when weighing a large package. But for some reason when it is a small amount being weighed (2 grams,) it has a hard time picking up the weight. This is the reason for the 4 star for accuracy. It could be operator error...Anyway, I like that it uses batteries or charger. I use it quite a bit with just batteries and have not had to change them yet.All in all I like it and would purchase it again.

This was a replacement for my KD-8000 that I've had for at least 10 years. It started becoming unreliable due to constant changing weight (weight fluctuates and is never the same) but learned to live and work with it by constantly changing batteries until I just got tired. I still have it though. After reading reviews, I've decided to buy this one. It's very space efficient, light and easy to care for. I've used it now for about a month. I noticed that it does fluctuate too, but that I've learned that when it does, it's time to charge. As long as it is fully charged, I have no problems. I just put a plastic film on top of the scale so I don't have to scratch the surface. So far so good.

This is my first kitchen scale, and I use it for baking primarily, measuring ingredients and dividing dough into portions. Easy to use, accurate enough, a large enough surface for any bowl, and definitely faster to use than measuring cups. I assume it is more accurate to use weight vs. volume. I like that I use fewer utensils. Easy to clean. Also rechargeable, although I haven’t tried that. Recommend for someone looking for an inexpensive scale. Does not measure micro amounts like spices, the minimum is 2 GM I believe.

Has paid for itself since its purchase of less than a month ago. Facebook marketplace has recently opened up fee free shipping offers through the end of 2020 and my wife and I decided that we would take advantage of that to reach more potential buyers. The problem with that plan is, without knowing exactly what something weighs, packaged up and ready to ship, you can run into a lot of problems with stating that shipping will be $3.50 and ends up being $12, for example, not a really good business model. I did a little bit of research and between other reviews, the slimness of this unit and the weight capacity that it held, this seemed to be the best choice for me and we have not shot ourselves in the foot since our purchase of this scale. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to buy a postage style scale.

On my last scale, the numbers went away within seconds. On this one, it holds the weight number for a bit after removing the item and that's great for my short term memory xD Its easy to clean, very sturdy, and light weight. I keep it hidden amongst my packing materials until I'm ready to use it to ship for my side jewelry gig. Also have snagged it for use in the kitchen a few times. Its very handy and amazing. One of my fave purchases this year!

I bought this scale because I wanted to make my own sourdough starter. After checking many YouTube videos I decided that a scale was necessaryThis is very sleek and pretty and so easy to use.Comes with batteries which is a plus .It also comes with a usb cord but I am not sure what it is used for yet.Overall I am happy with my purchase and I know I will have use for it as I would like to start making also my own soap!!

I have used this quite a bit! I have a very large family and buy my food in bulk! I buy our lunch meat by the whole roast and slice it our selves! This helps to divide it into portions to freeze! I also do a lot of baking and weighing the ingredients ensures a better mix! I only wish it had a top cover that was removable for cleaning but I just cover it or weigh it in a bowl, no worries! Great for the price!
