A must if you're doing HRT
I've been taking this for some time now for all the reasons it's intended. Check with your doctor if you're on hrt, this regulates the hormone levels. If your doctor doesn't know about this you might need a new doctor.

A total game changer for my hormonal healt
I bought this tape specifically to hang up photos, and it was a complete disaster. It claims to be "hanging tape," but it couldn't even hold a lightweight picture for more than an hour. I followed the instructions perfectly, and everything still ended up on the floor. Save your money and buy a brand that actually sticks.

I keep commenting about DIM any chance I have :) yes, I also highly recommend it. For me it was mostly acne and hair loss but the difference is tremendous! My face is finally clear and I have baby hair growing all over my head, it actually looks funny, but I'm not complaining. Definitely try it!

Too strong for me
This is a super quality product. It did what it was supposed to do. The only problem is I suspect that 200mg tablets are too much for me. I took it every day for a little more than a week, and during that time, I felt better than I have in years. I had tons of energy, hormonal edema went away, and I as really enjoying life. But then I started getting side affects: headache, stiff neck, body aches all over. I felt a bit like I got hit by a truck and it took me out of action for a couple of days. So, I stopped taking it. I tried it again about a week later and the aches returned the next day. It's getting replaced with 100mg dose which I hope I can tolerate better.

I'd like to start by THANKING EVERYONR who has left a review. Like many have said, every body is different. I was hoping to be one of the lucky ones who had nothing but positive things to write about. Im 53 and im on day three of taking these pills. I experienced the horrible headache on day two and three. On day three I woke up feeling very itchy. My hands, arms and chest are extremely itchy. Perhaps the dose is to high for me so ill have to try a lower dose.
