I purchased the 24V 400Ah version. The battery was shipped & packed very well and arrived fairly quickly in 12 days despite coming from the other side of the world. It’s heavy at over 150 lbs.The battery was pretty much charged-up on arrival. The metal case is decent with handles and a voltage LED display. It also came with two 24V chargers, one of which keeps blowing a fuse for some reason.No documentation was included other than the shipping manifest.I took a quick peak inside, there are 16 cells in an 8S2P configuration (8 cells in Series, 2 in Parallel). After doing a few total power capacity tests, I was not able to even get 9,000 Watts total out of the battery (100% to 0%). Less than the 10,000+ Watts expected.After inspecting the battery a little more, each cell is stamp-labeled 3.2V/174Ah. By design, 2 cells are parallel connected making 174Ah x 2 = 348Ah then they're connected in series making 3.2V x 8 = 25.6V (24V nominal). Thus giving a rated potential of 25.6V x 348Ah = 8,909 Watts. This matches my capacity test findings, as the highest I’ve experienced thus far is 8,913 Watts total.This is not a 400Ah battery. Unfortunately the marketing has been rounded-up by more than just a few Amp-hours, 400Ah – 348Ah = 52Ah. So, instead of getting 25.6V x 400Ah = 10,240 Watts, I'm getting 1,331 Watts less than expected for a 400Ah battery or about 13% less Watts potential. Thus, giving me about 13% less value for the money.Also, the cells do not appear to be new. All have hand-written markings on each cell, probably indicating resting voltage readings. 15 cells are identical with 1 cell that's slightly different from the others, probably from a different year. All have the same model number, though. So there's a possibility these are used cells or B-grade cells. Although, I did do an internal resistance test and all cells matched with a good low resistance.Typically, new cells will produce higher output than their rated capacity. So, this seems to seems to coincide with my capacity tests as I'm not even able to get over the 9K Watts total if the 174Ah cells were brand new.The BMS functions as expected. It's a basic unknown BMS. Unsure of its rated capability as there’s no obvious markings indicating it’s a 50A, 100A, 200A, etc... BMS. The most Amps I’ve tried to put through it so far is about 63A continuous (~1,600 Watts). It does do low-voltage cut-off at about 20V (~2.5V per cell) and high-voltage cut-offs at about 29.2V (~3.65V per cell). The cells are staying in balance with each other.Overall, I’m disappointment with this battery. I was really expecting a 10K Watt battery and got a less than 9K battery instead. And, since the cells don't appear to be new, I have no idea of the expected cycle-life longevity (if the cells have been cycled a number of times already). Or, if the cells are a few years old and have possible calendar-age and/ or storage degradation.The battery is functional otherwise despite the above mentioned.

I purchased this in August of 2019 after speaking directly with the seller who confirmed a 3 year warranty and that they would help me replace or refund if it’s performance declined in that time. I even wrote back and forth with the seller to get the specific details for charge capacity, resting voltage, cut off voltage, etc.I charged the battery using the charger they provided. I then attached it to a Victron multiplus with all Victron charge controller, monitor system and 1380W solar system. In 2019 and 2020 the battery could run several small appliances and lights and only loose 15-30% charge after a few hours, then be charged to 100% by the solar system in a few hours.Recently the battery looses charge just on standby and takes all day to reach 98% charge despite not running multiple appliances as previously stated. This is not proper performance or longevity for a large lithium battery, especially with a high quality inverter/charger/solar system that I calibrated to the sellers direct specifications.Seeing the other negative reviews about the lack of quality of these batteries I am attempting to get a full refund. Not a replacement. I have concerns about the safety of this battery given it’s capacity and poor quality.Update: Seller claims 1 year warranty and tells me to just buy another battery.Before purchasing this battery I reached out to the seller directly and they stated 3 years warranty, also in the questions on the Amazon product page another person asked about the warranty and the seller stated 3 years. I would have never have purchased an expensive and unknown product if it only had a 1 year warranty. Seller is changing everything to avoid accountability for a low quality product.

Will never buy anything like this from Amazon again. Had the system installed by a neighbor who owns a solar company. Mind you, we are off grid. So it was setup to charge off our diesel generator. Within a year, we started smelling smoke and the charger itself arced and caught fire -under our wooden stairs too. Could've been a disaster - Thank God, it was not.

THESE BATTERIES ARE CRAP. THE BMS IS POOR QUALITY AND WILL FAIL AND DESTROY ALL BATTERIES IN THE BANK. TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE CHINESE IS IMPOSSIBLE DUE TO LANGUAGE BARRIER. EVERY TIME I DID A TEST, THEY WANTED A PICTURE AND WOULD NOT ACCEPT ANY WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION. OVER 30 EMAILS AND I GOT NO WHERE. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY THAT HAS NO WARRANTY OR RECOURSE. JUST DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE THAT I AND OTHERS HAVE MADE BUYING THIS CRAP. AMAZON NEEDS TO BAN THIS SELLER FOR SELLING JUNK BATTERIES.

Good communication from seller, and item exactly as described. I bought a 24v 200ah unit, and while I haven't completed a full capacity test, based on the voltages, size and weight I am pleased with the unit.I couldn't make out the brand of the cells unfortunately due to the close packing within, but the surrounding box is very solid and wiring is all sealed up somewhat messily with hot glue and white sealant.

I have a pair of the 24v 400ah models, and I hooked them up together to make a 48v system. I've got solar panels charging them, and it runs my RV air conditioning and even a small chest freezer and a microwave. I'm getting another pair so I'll be ready for rainy weather.Update: Even during this pandemic, they are sending them on time, as stated in the listing here. They have been prompt to respond to my emails, too (sure, it takes a day since it's the other side of the world, and our days/nights are reversed). They sent me a 14 page PDF operation manual, too after I requested info and sent them my email address.

Poor documentation. Extremely sloppy internal wiring & Cells are used, not new, as widely discussed on diysolarforum. Batts are failing after less than 1 year of use. I complained to Amazon & got an a2z refund, but shun bin still refuses to take it back, so I'm stuck with this hazardous waste.

The GOOD:Prompt delivery and well packaged for safe transport. Well made Stainless Case with quality steel. 24V/400AH model weighs in at 70Kg / 156 Lbs, be aware of that. Very strong handles which is essential for a beast of this weight.Do your research and consider it, DIY'ing a similar pack with Known Good parts will cost you similar and leave no Lingering questions. Review modified to get my partial refund. No Docs or info provided with pack at all.

I am disappointed amazon allows this product. BMS system failed, over temp runaway and ruined my battery bank of 5. Absolute garbage product. I now have 12k worth of anchors. Seller will not honour warranty and blames my brand new professionally installed system for ruining them. I’m just lucky they did not burn down my house. Do not buy
