I ordered this particular shower head because I wanted a large rain experience. I also wanted a shower head that I could easily move from one position to another. This is the only one I could find that fit all my needs. It’s the largest shower head I could find that wasn’t too large for my shower. The rings on the top gave me the option to install it with a sliding mount so it could be moved. I have had this shower head for over six months now with no problems. No rust or splitting at all. I do have hard mineral water so some of the nozzles become a little clogged. Because they are made of soft rubber, all I have to do is run my finger over them to clear the build up; then it works like new again. I used two shower curtain rods as slide rails, a flex hose and shower hooks as sliders connected to the shower head to allow it to be moved as I liked. Now I can position the head in the middle of the shower when standing or move it to the back over my seat for when I want to sit down. I have great water pressure but understand that this is more like rain than a powerful shower blast. I absolutely love it. If for some reason this shower head fails, I will immediately buy another!

I order the shower head from this seller for the first time, I was very worried, but he was friendly and answered questions that arose very quality. Full compliance with the description, to the water pressure and look very good. Quality just hits me. The product was packaged superbly, No scratches found. All other parts are very heavy, it is clear that it is not plastic. Order，the product is worth it. I recommend.

UPDATE /09/05/2021: Received the replacement pretty fast, about 3 days after contacting the manufacturer. I hope this shower head does not rust and has more durability. The size and pleasure of the rain like shower is just very relaxing. I am so happy and satisfied with the manufacturer's no hassle exchange/replacement policy. Even though there was a flaw on the quality, manufacturer did respond that the problem would be resolved to avoid future problems. Up the Star review from 3, now to 4 for excellent customer service. UPDATE 09/1/2021: After writing this review, I was shown by my wife that the manufacturer offered a 3 year warranty. I was able to contact the manufacturer through Amazon and they responded immediately, not even a day passed. They were given a picture of the damaged item and the manufacturer offered a replacement. They also took into consideration the picture and they stated that they would send the picture to the quality control department to correct the rusting issue and prevent future shower heads from suffering the same problem. Will wait for the new item ------------------------------------------------------------- August 31, 2020: I bought this in May 2020 and I thought it was going to be a great purchase. With time, I noticed that it began to rust. This evening when I showered, water began to sip out through one side and I realized that the edge was rusted. The rust tore the joining plates and water was coming out through the edge as it's shown on the video. Will try to find warranty information on this item.

Works amazingly. Love this. Is you get the 12” one it is very large. Lots of water flow. Highly recommend.

Loved this product in the beginning. We bought it for an outdoor shower. It worked brilliantly from mid-May through the beginning of September when our plumber closed down the shower for the season and removed the shower head. We drained it well and stored it for the winter. The plumber opened the shower this weak, reattached the shower head, and there are no lights. :(. It is awfully dark in the shower now. I expected to get more than 4 months from this shower head.

Size is on point however some of the spray knobs won't spray

This rain shower head is awesome. It’s huge. It needs to be perfectly balanced and it needs to be chained to the ceiling but after installing it, it’s amazing. I highly recommend if you have the pressure for it.

when the water is too hot it does not blink or lights up. it stays off. it does not have any water pressure so loss of water is high. it does not blink on and off but only sometimes. the connecting piece does not tighten enough so I had to tape seal it and also had to buy a longer piper for its connection. Also, I ordered a gold piece and was sent a silver color one

The "Flush-Mount" Solution If you have a glass shower door, be careful with the standard 8-inch drop arms. I found that with a head this large (20 inches), a drop arm would have blocked my shower door from opening fully. Mounting it flush to the ceiling not only looks much cleaner and more modern, but it also kept the door path clear. The Lighting Effect (Pro Tip) To take the look to the next level, I installed high-density FCOB RGB Strip Lights around the perimeter of the ceiling. Use a level during the flush-mount install! Water Pressure: This head moves a lot of water. I use a circulation pump system to ensure the hot water is ready immediately; otherwise, you’ll spend the first minute of this "rain" waiting for the temperature to catch up. Packaging: The SR Sun Rise packaging is top-tier. It arrived in thick foam, so even with the mirrored finish, there wasn't a single scratch. Final Thoughts If you are handy and want a custom, high-end look, go for the 20"x20" and mount it flush. The quality of the 304 stainless steel is excellent, and the "Air-In" tech provides a very consistent, relaxing flow.

Une des meilleures inventions de l'homme ! C'est tellement grand qu'il pleut littéralement dans la douche. Les orifices sont de la bonne largeur ce qui fait les filets d'eau ne pincent pas la peau, ni ne la martèlent. L'effet sur la peau est très doux et le corps est enrobé d'une chaleur uniforme. Quelle bonne sensation ! IMPOSSIBLE de revenir à la pomme de douche traditionnelle... ou même les pommeaux de 20 ou 30 cm. 50 cm c'est le paradis !!

Wow great size 20”x20” haven’t install and tested yet but off of initial unboxing looks good and well built for the small price of $50. Edit: The shower head takes a bit initially to fill up with water which is to be expected with any unit of this size. Past the mesh screen the hole size reduces substantially from 1/2” to about 1/4” (assuming to get it to the 2.5gpm mandatory requirement) I decided to drill the hole out to 3/8” of an inch this drastically improved volume of water being supplied and allowed all the water spray tips to work as they should. Prior to drilling this hole the unit was struggling to get a full flow on every single spray tip. I understand drilling the hole most likely voids my warranty but that’s fine It was worth taking the risk to find out if it would improve or totally ruin the item. I found that it did drastically help. I am on a private well system and have an abundance of water, I wouldn’t recommend drilling the hole if you pay for water usage. All in all happy with the unit after drilling the hole larger. Only time will tell if this unit will last can already see signs of rust but hey for $50 or $60 can’t really complain if it only lasts a year or two. These shower heads are all prone to gumming up and spray jets ultimately failing. Just buy another one after a year or two!

The best part is that Ur whole body is covered with water The downside is that whenever u turn off the water it tilts to 1 side as it is loose and can’t be tighten up
