This started out working great, but after only doing 3- 8' cables, where it is crimped on both ends, it stopped working. I had made sure there was oil in it, but noticed the plastic "O" ring is cracked. They sent an extra one, but no instructions on how to replace. Instructions themselves were horrid and not helpful at all. Wish I had gotten to this project earlier, but after purchasing, other things took priority, so my return window has come and gone. When looking up warranty, it just takes you back to Amazon. Can't even find a company website. The company noticed my review and offered to send a replacement, even though the return window had passed. Kudos to this company for standing by their product. Still wish there were better instructions, but now we can finish our deck railing.

Great product. Working in 90 degree weather the crimpers lost a little power in the sun. But that would be expected. It does come with seal kit which I may be using before project is over. I completed an upper landing today and was very pleased.

The tools work great. The crimper and the cutter performed great. The case is terrible. None of the dies stay in place when opened.

I purchased this tool and used it once to install about 60 pieces when I used it the second time oil started leaking from all areas , No instructions on how to repair. beware its a disposable tool I do not recommend this tool Update I reached out to the company for a repair kit after making me jump thru hoops at the end they stated thaey cannot help me, So I guess this product cannot be repaired and has to be thrown away. I purchased a Muzata model which can with extra seals and also found instructions on how to repair if needed.

I use this to crimp 3/16" adjustable ends onto 3/16" cable. It worked extremely well and very easy to use and when you do this correctly that crimped end is not coming off. I saved a ton of money by getting this do it yourself rather than higher some company that was going to take me to the cleaners on this extensive renovation of cables that were 4 years old. Has some other reviewers have stated the Clipper is useless, use 4" metal cut off wheel to cut any cable

Purchased this Hyd crimper for a wire rope project and it worked great. Just insert the correct die and pump the handle, could not be much simpler. Kit came with many different dies for many applications, great tool to have around the shop.
