These are comfy and absorbent. They’re soft and do not rub or irritate the incision. They are more discreet than I had expected. I prefer these over a pad. These were great after my C section and for periods as well. They’re stretchy and accommodated my changing body shape and size post-C section.

Must-have after giving birth. Made my life much easier. I bought the S/M size which matches my size before getting pregnant. It absorbs very well especially while sleeping and changing sleeping positions. U won’t stain your clothes with blood in any way since there will be no leakage.Hint: (optional) by mistake my midwife added one FAM relax maternity pad to the always underwear and it worked fine for me. It’s a fair combination if needed in the first days but the underwear itself is amazing and u don’t need extra stuff to add for absorption.

I wish it's clearly stated in the front of the packaging that it's scented.The scent is very strong.

They look OK but they did not work that great for my special needs daughter and I have not finish the packet to give a clear review of the product.
