I would highly recommend this it helped me with my hot flushes at night it’s expensive but worth every penny

This product rid me of 2 years of premenopausal insomnia, chronic tinnitus, headaches, anxiety and near insanity. I felt it restoring me after 2 days of use. It will probably get me through some tough years. Most gratefull!!

Quite expensive and it’s hard to say if it’s working or not yet as not used it for a great length of time although do feel less stiff around my joints. I do like the smell of it and it applies very easy doesn’t leave you sticky and hasn’t stained my clothes. Might update once I have finished the tub give a better reflection.

I am using this product for about 3 months. Without results yet. I have learned that it takes up to 2 years before i will see any positive results, so I will continue to persevere.

I would urge all women to watch the video from Barbara O'Neill about hormones there is a couple of different ones. It's very important that we realise why why we get hommone symptoms and try to avoid HRT at all costs. This cream is completely natural and will help you get through this stage in your life. I've not got at that stage but I'm preparing. Yes it's expensive but a tub of this will last between 9 and 12 months. Men can also use this for an enlarged prostrate.

I purchased this cream after watching Barbara's O'Neill lecture about how to balance hormones. Apparently you have to use it for a year to achieve the best results but my hot flashes completely stopped after 2 months of using it! I bought another jar and will continue to use it for at least a year. I like it's texture and gentle smell, it absorbs into my skin very quickly leaving it soft and smooth.

Was advised by my gp not to take hrt as heart disease/blood pressure run through my family genes...so started the menopause at 47..im now 10yrs into it..its been hard...my mum told me about this product after she came across it on you tube...well thanku mamma...im defo the girl I used to be..by no means its not a complete miracle worker..I still have menopausal symptoms..I accept that and get on with it...one of my main worries was low libido..but after using this for 5 months now it surley has worked..😁🤩

Watch Barbara O'Neal video and was the best explanatory teaching in relation to this huge problem so I quickly went on to order.I was offered hrt but still no sure to take it or not.I went also on to use pregnenolone drops in conjunction wirh low dhea 3 drops of each this say is bioidentical hrt, but Barbara says that they attach synthetic hormone in the lab, so you take wild yam spiked in the lab.Well for me this cream does not seem to relieve my symptoms but maybe I need more to apply, it is expensive too for 100mg, anyway I use double dose 3 fingers dip in the morning and 3 finger dip in the evening see if symptoms inproves. With low estrogen and progesterone the cortisol goes up so this is the culprit that makes you depressed and affect motor also high cholesterol ,bile problems brain fog high bp.If my cortisol drops because of it then an improvement is to be seen, hopefully. I will come back after few weeks.

A quality product

Used for menopausal symptoms. Within 2 weeks, hot flashes were gone ( these were previously several a day), within 1 month, joint pain was gone. Easy, smooth cream which is absorbed well. Nice, pleasant fragrance. Use 3 weeks, then off for 1 week and repeat cycle. Follow instructions on where to apply and rotate locations. Current tube lasting me well into 2 months, likely longer. Will continue to use.

I have been using this products for a decade. It has been a great help throughout my peri menopause state. Works better than the compound formula I used for a while when I could not get Anna’s. The formula is very gentle on the skin.

From my second day of using this product, a lot of changes took place. I had the uterus in 2014 but few years ago I started feeling funny, sad for inexplicable reason, kind of hot all the time. I dont know if its this that helped me get my period back because I was doing a lot of things but my period finally came back. I did notice that I am less moody or have PMs symptoms. So I think its this. Yes its expensive but so is health.
