All I can say is there was a really strong taste of plastic that made the tip of my tongue go numb. For three weeks I ran it constantly, using any online “solution” I could find, and it made no difference. I can’t say if it is BPA free, but it certainly didn’t feel safe. Decided I wasn’t going to take the chance and sent it back.

Q: Any tips how to clean these, especially the lighter colours (cotton white I am interested in)? Thanks.

I wipe mine every time, Nordic grey, but it’s getting stained very quickly. They look great, but in a working environment, I reckon mine will be getting chucked after a year. It’s just not a good machine, other than to look at, at first. Shame really, because they really do look great. Certainly won’t be buying another one.

Q: I have noticed the wand has burnt milk on when you take the outside off. How do I clean the wand now this milk is stuck on ?

Fill a cup up with water and turn the wand on which heats the water up and cleans it and leave it to soak in the boiling water. My son is a chef and I bought it for him and this was his answer.

Q: How long is it’s warranty or guarantee?

Can't remember as I bought it as a gift for my daughter but it will have a minimum 12 month guarantee if it's brand new.
