The cover itself didn’t fit exact but was close and the plastic felt flimsy and very cheap but it did the job

We bought a Ram truck and the dash was cracked and coming apart. It had a huge hole on the passenger side and it just looked awful. We didn’t want to spend the high price for a replacement. I found this and was hesitant about buying. After comparing to others and reading reviews I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad we did because it fits perfect and looks great. It looks like the original and was fairly easy to install. Definitely watch a video on where to put your glue and how to keep it weighed down until it is dry. It seems durable, it looks great and is a perfect fit. For the price I paid for both, you can’t beat and I thought was extremely reasonable. It took me some time to find the side vents to go in it but I finally did. Truck has improved drastically on how it looks. I can’t stress enough of how happy I am with this purchase. 100% recommend buying this.

This model truck seems to have an issue with deteriorating dashes- the sun dries them out and they crack and disintegrate. This cover does the trick of salvaging whatever dash is left and giving an almost normal looking truck interior. The fit could be better- there aren't too many good points for the provided glue to stick the bits together. All in all it's really good- just not perfect.

I feel my dollars were waisted. After receiving the bezel I felt jazzed. I found the bezel package is nothing more than a failed attempt to duplicate the original. When shopping for a replacement bezel I saw this one had an ac vent included. That option prompted me to complete the purchase. The vent is/was deceptive. When going to install the new cover I noticed the vents were missing the horizontal directional fins. Let the fun begin. My original vents with adjustable louvers would not swap out due to size differences. I managed to make the stock vents function but it took working out multiple issues. Additionally the center vent duct directional structure was plastic welded to the old bezel. After applying excessive force I managed to remove the old vent duct without damaging it. My next problem, I had to figure out a way to adhere the center vent duct to the new bezel. My solution was using silicone and hot glue. Problems list, 1. Vent mounting pins sizes on the new bezel measures larger than stock retains pins. Note; Vertical flow direction diverts will no longer work if you use the vents delivered on this bezel. In my opinion, the included vents 100% fail to replace the stock design. 2. The center two AC vents do not have the required stock duct work attached to the bezel. 3. On 9-1-21, I completed the first time installation of the replace truck bezel on my 2000 Dodge Ram 1500. I found one additional issue that was challenging to overcome. The manufacture insured the exact location for multiple attachment points. This replacement part 100% fails to have all of the required attachment points. I found upon a close inspection the part did not have one attachment point molded into the bezel on the side closes the drivers door. I ended up driving a screw into the plastic in order to at least get one solid holding location. In my opinion buying this bezel as a solution for replacing the stock bezel is not the best choice, nor is it a good option. We have a second 1500 that we are going to replace the same part on. I will not order from this company again even though the price is right. However, if you can accept a challenge, adapt, improvise and overcome engineering failures this bezel option might be for you.

The front piece fits perfectly but the top is too small. The vent holes are not aligned and are also too small.

Good value for the money I will let everybody know usually you get one box and the next day the bezel comes in so it usually comes in two boxes but good fit good value for the money no problems at all

Fits well on 2001 Ram

The item was good. Packaging was questionable. First order was damaged but they reimbursed me and the second item was good.

Don't recommend the epoxy glue doesn't bond and the product lifts creating a gap , not easy to weigh down , the front portions do not stick or form to the existing dash, the product doesn't quite fit right. It bulges in around the center and ends are trimmed and not touching anything , the glue didnt stick and I had to remove the cover and now have this expoxy which is white by the way , and try to remove the eye sore , if you do try this item. Install in the highest day possible so it heats up and maybe will fit better but it didn't sit well in a +17 c sunny day here in Canada , also don't use their glue provided go invest in a clear epoxy so if any drios do show on compression of the cap it doesn't show as much .. I am now searching for the best method to remove this white glue and imagine it's was on the edges as instructed a d so yeah it's deep in the dash. I may have to remove the windshield to reach down far enough once I do find a cleaner to remove it , I purchased the cloth one for now Soni don't see the glue but this was a huge mistake and don't recommend taking this unless you have the oerfir for in advance. , I did not have a great for. It fit in the edges and had a slight bulges near the center so I thought the epoxy and some weight would keep it in place. It didn't the glue did not bind at all and the cap just didn't stick .
